I recently visited this particular Costa Coffee, conveniently situated just off the M60 highway, near the Hollinwood junction. My primary goal was to redeem a free Vodafone coffee offer, but upon arrival, I found that all the codes were already claimed. Unfazed, I opted for a Maple Hazel Latte, a seasonally appropriate drink that was the perfect companion to the winter sun shining through the windows.
The café itself is a gem waiting to be discovered. Despite its location near a bustling motorway, the interior offers a haven of tranquility—warm, cozy, and remarkably quiet. The décor is tasteful and inviting, providing a versatile space that can adapt to your needs, whether you’re settling in for some focused work, relaxing after a busy day, or spending quality time with family.
A major highlight was the excellent customer service. The staff were not just professional but genuinely friendly, even going so far as to offer a complimentary small cup of milk for my toddler—a delightful and thoughtful gesture that really enhanced our visit.

The versatility of the café is noteworthy, offering a cozy corner for quiet breakfasts after the school run, a serene space to work remotely, and even a drive-thru for those in a hurry—all without compromising on the quality of their coffee.

The food (especially the cheesecake) and coffee were lovely. A little pricey, but perfect for an occasional treat.
The staff who served me were very friendly and the place itself was well kept, although some tables needed clearing. Table availability was good, but I suppose that was because I went before lunchtime.
So on my way home my daughter suggested we stop at the drive-thru for a coffee. I suggested that I could make one at home cheaper. she ended up treating me anyway. I chose a small cappuccino. It was small as expected but was nice, we was served by a friendly lady and it wasn't very busy at the time so the service was extremely quick! Would consider it over a Costa garage machine and maybe a large this time 😄.
As a biker, always looking for somewhere I can sat down eat in and still can keep an eye on my bike. And this cafe just as what I am looking for. Coffee and food is good standard. So far been a few times and have no complaint. Not too busy, also not too quiet. If it is too busy, people will not be happy to keep on waiting. Some people may have bad experience with the cafe. But to be honest, you just can’t please everyone. It is all down to luck. Will be back soon.
Nice place always busy, pleasant staff, coffee and food always good, got a free piece of cheesecake for my birthday which was a nice touch. 😋 Still a nice place to pop into for a coffee or something to eat, always busy which means they're doing things right.
It was a lovely latte I had here with a good coffee flavour and excellent service but expensive! The reward app helps a little. Good to go, the app offers cheap endvof day food deals.
Nice location on the way to Manchester from Oldham or just off the motorway. Had a drive through. Nice and clean with friendly staff.
Just love Costa, especially the one at hollinwood. Staff lovely very obliging polite and curtious.

Always busy, never tidy. Staff are nice enough. Good options are OK. No parking available at our last visit but plenty of space on the road.

Not a bad little Costa here , good parking outside Just outside where the Roxy cinema used to be. got served Promptly. It would be nice if they had a charging station in the car park. Maybe in the future worth a visit
Visit every day for breakfast. Last week saw some flies on cakes which was reported by another customer. Sales staff reluctantly removed one item. But to be honest we were expecting all of them to be taken out. We would like being regular customer that each time the shelf is opened it should be closed. But usually they leave that open.
A typical Costa on a weekday morning. Uninspiring but nothing wrong! August 2023 still the same! And same again on a wet Monday afternoon in early November.
