Had a little complaint about an item ordered online contacted shop they refunded immediately and arrived at my front door with a large goody bag and full apology - 5 star treatment for it's customers which is rare these days - thank you Martin's first class customer service
The team at Martin's have been amazing during lock down making sure customers stay safe whilst continuing to be friendly. They have reorganised the shop floor to allow customers to feel more comfortable when in the shop and I can't wait till it's fully back to normal
I have been going here my whole life and they are the best. Their bread is very good and the cakes are delicious. Staff are the friendliest and really caring with the old folk. Lunch time sandwiches are yummy and made to order and the pies and snacks are also delicious. They also have the best fresh
Called in yesterday for bread , the staff are so welcoming, lovely and friendly . The bread, cakes, salads, pies are delicious.
