Made my second visit to Flames this evening with my girlfriend, well worth the drive over. There’s no point in mincing words, the burgers are the best around! I braved the 1lb burger tonight and it was truly epic! We also gave the new chicken breast pieces a try along with the brisket chilli. Both equally fantastic! Anybody contemplating if it’s worth a visit, stop procrastinating, you are missing out! We have a brownie too to have a go at but tonight, we had eyes bigger than our belly, so it may have to wait until tomorrow.
The family who run it are great, very welcoming and have a passion for food, it’s great to here the stories of how they have rose to fame. Upon both visits I have been encouraged to try one of the chefs new offerings while you wait and the enthusiasm from the owner is fantastic.
Can’t wait for my next visit! I’m sure it will not be long
Our first visit to flames and couldn’t have enjoyed it more, I went with the smoke box, a half rack of ribs, chips, coleslaw and dirty beans ( with brisket ) amazing, also a smoked sausage which was juicy and delicious, my partner had the chicken fillet chunks ( bbq ) which she loved and dirty chicken fries ( fantastic) the staff were enthusiastic and very helpful, we will be back, have been recommended the Manx burger mmmm.

The boys got their first Flames Smokehouse burgers delivered tonight. They are both purring and declare it Spectacular !!!! Buns are amazing. Burgers the best ever. Chips (skin on) tasty and the chicken bites went down a treat !!! Sara our delivery driver made the service a winner ! Then we even get a call to check the ketchup had been put on a burger as worried they had forgotten. Brilliant caring customer service ! Definitely be back. Hope your dreams of a drive through come true. �

Ordered for first time tonight, fast delivery food came hot and fresh. Me and my daughter absolutely devoured every bit the beef burgers are amazing! The chocolate brownie finished us both off a treat, well worth the money n definitely ordering again soon. Bloody delicious �

Just had a Manc Burger...no exaggeration it's the best burger I have ever had. It's a must try for everyone. My sister had a classic cheeseburger...gorgeous.
Been wanting to try here for a while, the food looked fantastic. We went this evening and not disappointed. I had the Hickory chicken and it was amazing. I definitely recommend you give them a try

Just collected the hickory smoked full chicken, cheesy chips and sweet potato fries. All I can say is 'wow'. The chicken fell off the carcass and was absolutely delicious. We will certainly be back. Thank you

This is probably on the top 5 burgers I’ve ever eaten and I like my burgers. Service was super friendly and chatty (just like we Spaniards like it) and we were given some bits to try before ordering. I went for the Mega Manc and it truly was cooked to perfection, pulled pork was incredibly tender and smokey, pancetta to die for and the fried chicken was just perfect, crispy and moist at the same time. Burger-eating experience at its best. To top it off they treated us with some spicy chicken chunks and dessert was on the house too (Glad to see businesses that treat their clients so well, big up!). Hats off to the owner and his team, be sure we’ll be coming back for more. Best burgers and smoked meats in Manchester for sure.
If you are a fan of burgers and smoked meats, this is the place you're really want to visit.
Taste out of this world. Reminds me tastes of Texas. Highly recommended. Don't miss out.
Owners are delightful. Cheeseburger was adequate, had some gristle :( The charcoal bun was a novelty. Dirty chicken fries stole the show. Delicious.

I honestly tried to find a problem with this place, but the whole experience, from the warm greeting from the proprietor to the end of the food, you feel like it's a different experience.
The quality of the food is sublime, everything cooked to perfection and prepared with such precision and detail that you almost forget that you're having a takeaway burger in your lounge. The owner was very excited and happy to tell us the story of how he got the idea to start this business.
Upon hearing we hadn't been before, the owner, as he wanted our opinion on them, he handed us a taste of their Pitt beans, which were incredible. The taste is almost impossible to describe except "wow!"
Overall, if you're after an upmarket burger, full of flavors, and sides that will blow your mind, then this is the place for you.

The food is still just as amazing, there is now seating to allow you to eat right there! There is car parking and also, they are coordinating order collection times brilliantly to avoid gatherings of people at their premesis. Well done guys!
The food at this place is off the scale. Amazing burgers Jason the owner is so passionate, every element of his menu has been carefully mastered. It's a place you need to try and you'll be back to try the rest of the menu, my kids love it too.
Amazing food, great quality especially For the price and the service was very friendly and welcoming. As they were near closing the owner very kindly gave us some free deserts, highly recommend this place to anyone looking for high quality food.
Best smoked meats around and run by an amazing owner. You won't find any better quality smoked meats around, I'd go as far to say in the UK. The burgers are also the best. Top quality food with top quality service 👌
I've read comments about being overpriced but they aren't. Not when you consider the quality you get, free local delivery and even free deserts when they are on offer Flames is top notch. Portion sizing is more than generous.
When you consider other big, chain branches, the food and service far exceeds what they offer. I think Flames is the little gem tucked away which deserves more recognition.
Fantastic , flavoursome, quality quality quality food. Decent portion sizes of food that really gets your taste buds going.
If you are looking for cheap quality food this is not the place for you.
Owner Jay knows his stuff and you can tell he only uses quality ingredients. Awesome selection of burgers and some fantastic smokeboxes which are my current favourite.
We ordered again on Friday night as a special occasion and we were not disappointed.
Highly highly recommended to anyone in the area and worth a visit if you are not local.

The most incredible food is right here! Since coming back from an America trip a few years ago, I’ve been looking for a place that does amazing smoked meats like brisket, burnt ends, pit beans etc. I’ve tried a few places now but this is BY FAR the best! I travel from Warrington every other week for this food. Even takeaway is an option and it’s still delicious when I get it home, in its foil, with 10 minutes in a preheated oven.

Lovely venue. Welcomed us and our little pooch. Had some good banter with the owner. Family owned and ran, and a family they are too. The main man definitely puts his money where his mouth is saying 'if its not some of the best food youve had I don't want you to pay'. It was worth every penny and the price is reasonable for the quality you get.
The owner is very passionate about his business and it was seen and reflected in the food. The lady working was so lovely aswell, felt like we knew them. Down to earth people.
Amazing food, once again! Only our second visit to Flames (absolutely gutted that we've never been before, despite it being only 10 mins away!).
A family run business, from a family that obviously puts their heart and soul in to it. The food is INCREDIBLE, the portions huge, and the value for money is amazing.
I'm dumbfounded by the less than excellent reviews because we eat out A LOT and have never come across food as delicious and tasty as this.

The quality of food is just indescribably good, you have to come and try it to know what I mean. Smokebox Burger is absolutely huge but even then, the quality is brilliant.

I have just had the crackle burger, and I have to say it was absolutely amazing. Pulled pork was soft and silky smooth, and the pork crackling was crunchy and so very tasty. Just amazingly good. It is going to be enjoyable going through the rest of the menu.

Can't fault these guys. Turned up with a party of 5 and these guys treated us like Kings. Staff were as welcoming as you ask for and the food was unbelievable and unrivalled. Big shout to Jay the guy knows his food and business inside out and his passion travels through all levels of the experience of this hidden 💎 the guy literally works his burgers like military precision. Well played guys. Amazing
