Winne and Daniela where extremely welcoming and the place has a very home feel to it. Coffee was great. Overall a great experience

A nice Italian-themed place to have a coffee (or a tea, if coffee isn't your cup of tea!) and maybe do some of your work while you wait for your hot drink to cool down. There's a Disabled toilet (i.e. one for disabled) that anyone can use, located at the back of the bar... room.
Always 10/10, love Nero, lovely staff and the best hot choc. I love that they allow dogs too!

Had a iced mocha which il defo have again.I didn't eat I so couldn't rate food but what was on show looked yummy. Staff were lovely. It was very busy when I went and a lovely atmosphere.
Nice friendly staff loads of space to sit indoors main car park at the rear of the building for easy access

First time I have ever visited a Caffè Nero and I just loved there caramel latte,also there caramel cheese cake but have tasted better.tables did need clearing,2 staff on,not very busy.toilet as available.

Customer Service really is everything
We popped in for a coffee today and after sitting down with our drinks we discovered that the coffee was slightly burnt.
Kelly and Nick were absolutely lovely and replaced our drinks immediately and even offered us a fully stamped card each for a free drink.
It really made a difference
Standard cafe Nero fare. Better and more comfortable seating than average. Very well sited in the center of town. Ideal for a relaxing coffee break and snack.
