Dropped in on Saturday evening due to previously favoured place closed and another had huge queue. So glad we did!!! As far as we were concerned perfectly cooked fish and chips and so tasty. A really friendly crew that was obviously very popular with the locals and who engaged in some great banter.
The food here was very good , hardly any grease on the fish or the chips , very good service . The seating is very basic but don t be put off the food really makes up for it. Portions are generous 😁
Food is freshly cooked to order. Doesn't take too long. Staff are friendly and helpful. Fish and chips were lovely. Really meaty firm fish and soft but crispy chips. Small seating area available.

Thin crispy batter, yummy chips... we loved it from the first bite. They cater for halal dietary by cooking other meats in separate oils. The 'vinegar on the chips'? They are doing their best embedding sustainable practices in their operations.
