Lindt hot chocolate. Supreme! Wasn't sure about the Merry Berry Brownie, should have been dress cranberries not dried.
Took part in one of their community clean up events yesterday. Staff involved were keen and cheerful despite the weather. They provided all the equipment too. Well done Becca. And a nice cup of coffee to finish off.
The young lady who served me was so friendly and nice, probably the best Costa person I've experienced. Unfortnately the food was terrible. Had an egg mayo sandwich that had no mayo and no butter, it was SO dry! Should have complained but there was a queue so it was easier not to.
Love this place for soya hot chocolate and a great gingerbread muffin . Took my 4 year old granddaughter there as she gets her own free baby chino plus marshmallows and a flake and she had a xmas muffin which makes her feel grown up. Nice friendly staff to.
Gosh the staff here are so lovely, working exceptionally hard to keep up and each time greeted with a smile. Rather busy but so worth the wait. Trying the different Frappes which are going down a treat. The mint choc chip is amazing, the Mango is refreshing and not as thick. The bacon baps are done to perfection each time. The rocky road ..total yum.
Lady called Charlotte served me. Was so incredibly impressed with the service and the response and helpfulness regarding my nut allergy. Absolutely above and beyond, very impressed.

Enjoyed an early morning cappuccino and toasted teacake. Assistant was on her own but was very professional and got through the queue efficiently and at the same time was extremely polite and friendly

Last time I went here the very very rude man was the manager there!! Hated going in there!! But I found out he has left and I have just gone in and was welcomed by 2 girls with smiles on there faces!! Brilliant service and glad you have a new manager!!
We go to many Costa Coffee places around Birmingham and Lichfield and always find them excellent. The staff are always welcoming and give very good service. Fully recommend Costa Coffee and their free coffee scheme.

I usually use local.,independant coffee shops, but being a Sunday some were closed and others were full - it was over lunchtime. The service was quick, considering it was quite busy. The food was okay, but nothing to write home about. A bit bland if I'm honest.
As regulars at our local store I feel I must say that all through covid and still today. Excellent service, always everything in stock, clean, tidy, quick and staff are a delight. Well done exmouth x

First coffee out in 5 months and was very pleased at the social distancing in place and the staff at monitoring of them at all times. Service was just as good as always and I felt safe. Well done to all the staff at Exmouth ⭐
