We had an excellent meal for my large family of 24. The service could not have been better. Food delicious and served exactly as ordered. The best thing though were the amazingly friendly staff, literally treated us like friends and could not have been more helpful.

Visited with a friend this evening. It was a slight oversight on my part not to book a table, and given that it was busy there was a slight wait to be seated. However, the staff were extremely helpful and suggested that we wait at the bar with a drink, and told us that they'd get us a table as soon as one became available. We were seated maybe ten minutes after that? Given how bustling the place was, I was very pleased.
I cannot underline enough how pleasant and friendly the staff were. We were checked in on numerous times by a couple of different wait staff. Every single one of them was pleasant and courteous. When there was a slight delay in my dessert being brought out (again, it's a dinner rush during the summer. It's to be expected!) one of the staff said he'd go back to the kitchen and chase it up.
I was very, very pleased with my experience and I give a lot of praise to everyone who served us, we felt very well taken care of during our meal.
Cheap and cheerful food. We were a large group (25) and staff were warm and friendly and managed to serve us all pretty close together and got everything right. Would highly recommend.
The food was nice and hot, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was good too.
The downsides are that the inside could do with a revamp, especially the wall under the bay window which looked horrible, plus the tables need refurbishing.

Me and my best friend have a lunch date every Friday and this week we picked the bath house.
The food was lovely and quick service but the staff really made the experience. Pete and Kelly were so warm and friendly and made a real fuss of my friends little one, much to her delight. They were very attentive and kind. Thank you for a lovely lunchtime :)
We visited this pub yesterday for lunch. Super friendly staff. Despite them being short staffed at short notice, Kelly and the young helpful approachable gentleman were both coping extremely well under pressure. Nothing was too much trouble and service with a smile. Great choice of food. We took the buy one get one free Friday burger offer which didn't disappoint. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Always have such a lovely experience at the Bath House. The food is always great and the service is fantastic. Today we had our best experience yet, thanks to the lovely Kelly and Pete. I brought my little girl in and they were so interactive and took the time to talk to her which is rare for a lot of restaurants and it made the experience all that bit better. Thank you so much! They are an asset to your team.
Very friendly staff and quick service. Food (steak and sides on the sizzler plate) was stunning and cooked to perfection. Told the chef was called Sam, can't rate his cooking highly enough. Definitely coming again.
2nd time visiting. Food great and excellent value for money, all meals arrived together. Staff brilliant especially with the two young children in our party, staff allowed the boys to pick extra toys after machine swallowed a pound and then continued to entertain them, including extra smarties with their dessert. Top service and will definitely return next time we're in Exmouth.
I’m a support worker and a lady I work with enjoys coming here fairly regularly. Staff member Kelly always recognises her, and remembers details about her order whilst also making the effort to come up and say hello. Little things like this make a huge difference to my client and are always really appreciated. Thank you Kelly!
Had such a great meal this evening. I opted for the vegan beyond meat burger and it was so so good I asked for the chefs name and told it was cooked by Sam. Will be ordering the same meal again! Thank you :)
We love our Friday eve at Bath house ! We have a daughter with additional needs & she can be very demanding and difficult.
Staff are fantastic with her Especially the lovely lady with glasses 🤩 she works so hard running around the place. We always enjoy the food and would recommend for families . 😃
We both had the mega mixed grill as I had a £30 Tesco voucher. It was lovely, chicken was so moist. Didn't have room for pud, although they looked amazing. Will go again next time we are in Exmouth.
Last year I said, as my nickname is Hungry Mick it made sense to visit Hungry Horse. Well i returned and I must say the morning breakfasts cooked by Sam, thrash, nearby Wetherspoon’s for quality and content and with the delightful Ms Kelly, as waitress we left both full and laughing. The evening meals weren’t bad either, but running out of salad is not right. However its good value honest food, so we will be back. Breakfast though was so good we came back for a second go and it was even tastier. !
