Great place to do shopping, fair prices and various range of options for different products. The staff are kind and helpful. There is a cafe/restaurant on the first floor. Loads of seats. There is a toilet on the first floor as well. They've put a small bookshelf so you can grab a book and read it w
I found Val who works in my local branch was brilliant, she located a weight blanket for me. She had remembered one had been returned a previous day. Well done to this lady fabulous customer service.

Like visiting here lots to see and buy. Altho not keen on how pay at till area is set up. Very clean store. Nice cafe, has been updated. Simple menu altho I heard someone in the queue moaning not enough gluten free or vegan options?
Used the online service. Ordered lampshades 2 small 1 larger. Arrived very quickly well packaged, as picture and description.

I visited today but unfortunately they didn’t have the product I wanted. However, the member of staff I approached for help was really friendly and directed me to the exact place where I needed to be.
I was impressed to see a textile recycling bin at the exit point too.
Fantastic store! Ed the manager is super kind and put on lots of discounts that we are eligible for as we are students. Would highly recommend!
It's a good shop, on two floors (with lift or stairs). Usually I find what I need, it's large enough that there is a good selection of anything you might need, be it bedding, towels, curtains, crockery, kitchen utensils etc.
This is a pretty good Dunelm that's recently had a refurbishment making it quite a nice store. It's a reasonable size so has good range of Dunelm's products well laid out.
All in all a decent Dunelm.
Good selection of items. Staff helpfull, but tills very slow. Shame as it made the experience not so good.

Loved my experience on this day, Staff were very helpful, as I got a little confused at one point, trying to get my purchase downstairs and forgot, where it was at one point ..lol.
Overall, great value for money, selection, was very good and overall, pleased with purchases...
Great store and super up to date with a cafe upstairs that are taking part in the free kids meals also.
