This is a South Indian restaurant serving authentic food from Kerala and Tamilnadu. We loved it. Must try lamb/Kothu Parotta, masala dosa, briyani, appam, fish moli, Chettinad curry, and sambar vada.

We found this wonderful restaurant over a year ago during a trip to Devon but did not manage to make it before they closed. Today again during a day trip to and from Paignton we knew we had to visit! We were not disappointed and were met with not only wondeful food but brilliant customer service. Lets just say we left licking our fingers that how good it was! We will be back again...kudos to the chef and staff!

It was the best Indian meal I've ever had! From start to finish, the service and food were first class. They don't serve the usual boring meals that you get in other restaurants, and it was evident that you were eating quality produce. The staff were willing to advise on portion sizes and were spot on. We will definitely be returning.

I visited last week with a large group of people for dinner. The food was amazing, so many flavours and things to try! Portions were such a good size and everything was so filling. Lovely atmosphere and staff were amazing and accommodating of our large group, over 20 people! Will defiantly be coming back and recommending to family and friends!

Excellent food and different from all the clone Indian restaurants in Exeter (and so many places) - you actually get something interesting and very distinct in each dish. We were there on a Saturday evening which was justifiably very busy but thus very noisy. Still stayed long enough to eat far too much! Great for the vegetarians in our party too.

Great Indian Restaurant in Exeter had a good ambiance when I went. Ate the Chicken 65, Poppadum, and some chicken biryani(liked the spice level which was moderately high). The sauces and chutneys were good. The service by the staff was good. As an Indian myself, the food felt very similar to the restaurant food back in India. The price is a bit high but that is expected in Exeter so no complaints there.

Namaste Exeter - great atmosphere, outstanding food ,wonderful service and overall a happy customer worth every cent spent here. Initially had second thoughts going to this place since the ambience didn’t look that great on pics but I think this was the best pick among all other Indian restaurants in Exeter. We went out with a large group so ordered all the favourites from the menu and there wasn’t a single item I would rate below 4.8 stars food is so fresh , tasty 😋 to our liking and top it all the food came out quickly and service was so 🤩 brilliant. This place is highly recommended if you enjoy South Indian food .

The food was delicious and service was good. We didn't have to wait long and the prices were reasonable. My only criticism is it has a canteen feel.
