Giles at Runners Needs was so knowledgeable and helpful. He took time to explain why he recommended a particular pair of shoes. I am not a runner but that was not an issue with Giles - he listened to issues I had with my feet and suggested some shoes that feel so comfortable!! I definitely recommend

A COVID-19 personalised service for purchasing some new running shoes. Friendly member of staff carried out a gait analysis. Based on this she offered various running shoes that would suit. Very impressed by the service: staff member was polite and knowledgeable. Price match promise was upheld with no drama. I was told to expect my trainers (they didn't have my size) in 2-3 working days at 15:00 on a Sunday afternoon but when I got home from work the next day they were already here!
