A classic high street Starbucks, with friendly staff. Could do with being a bit cleaner, and feels a little dark at the back, but nice experience overall. Had the oat shaken espresso and a chocolate.
Clean , and refurbished coffee shop. Big seating area.
Good service although it’s generally quite busy on weekends. It might take 10’ to get your order.
Food and snack variety is good
The iced brown sugar oat shaken latte was divine, highly recommend.
I’ve only been here three times, and have never been to any other Starbucks before. My experience with this one is great, all the times the staff was very friendly and helpful and the service was fast enough!
Their brownies are yummy, and the ham and cheese croissant was amazing. Last two times I ha
Quick service and someone cleaning the tables all the time.
Nice to stop off on your shopping venture, has its busy times like most places.
This is a clean store with freindly staff. Absolutely perfect for a coffee and cake break when you're shopping. It's on the high street just behind Princesshay which makes it easily accessible. They have clean loos too. Deffinately recommend this store.

A nice starbucks. They got my name (almost) right!
Coffee gets cold quickly in the cups. I guess that makes customers drink up and leave to get a better turnover but if I want to catch up with someone then it's not going to make me want to use here. Coffee is nice. As a disabled lady I'd like some comfy taller seating with arms.
My favourite place to go when in town. Staff always helpful and kind.
Only 1 problem. Its rare to have both toilets functioning at the same time.
