I had a really good night at the bierkeller last night. It was my first visit to this place. I like the vibe there and they have my fave cider Devon red! Not much room for manoeuvre as the bar is always crowded, it would be better if they moved the tables so there's more space to move. Also took quite long to get served but on the whole it was a good experience and I would definitely go back.
Great new years eve event by the Bliss crew. The venue was done up beautifully and created a really nice space for dancing.
This is marmite sort of place, packed with student most of time. Sitting at the long tables is a sociable experience. You can get beers in very large glasses which is a bonus. It is quite sparse decor wise but, and they have weird sing along Bavarian themed evenings which are a bit hard to get in to unless you are blind drunk. . . .which you likely would be owing to size of glasses.
Love this place. Awesome atmosphere, great for a dance and just a really fun end to the night.

busy place, good fun for our staff night out, food is passable for what it is and the table service just ok, we would go back because its such a good crack
