Nice place to have breakfast and coffee. "Big breakfast" was good and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly. Open at 8 a.m. which is useful if you want to make the most of your morning.

It has the feel of that lovely space on the village street of an earlier time in history. A place where your senses are adjusted to relax and enjoy the moderate range of food and drinks. All is quality fare at a fair price. Come along..you know you want to...

Great place and food. The super food smoothie is to die for. Veggie options available and full of flavour. Only detail is no WiFi, so not great if you need to work, but incredible to hangout and have a lovely meal !

Excellent Sunday am breakfast. Nice, unaffected staff, quality food. Clean. Took card too - was worried as fresh out of cash and feared having to do washing up for day...

Had an early meeting in Exeter so read some reviews online and visited for a breakfast in early Aug 2013. Had the 'Big Breakfast' and was really impressed. All the items were cooked perfectly - the key points to look out for in a good English breakfast were spot on - eggs cooked but still a bit runny, bacon tasty and crisp, meaty and really good quality sausages, fried bread but not saturated with fat. Coffee was excellent and there was a steady stream of customers coming in for takeaway hot drinks which was a good sign. Music not too loud and a clean, simple layout in a nice part of Exeter (there were some free 30 minute parking spots just up the road which was a bonus!). Polite and not intrusive staff. Didn't need lunch which is a good indicator of the quality of the breakfast. 5 out of 5. Will definitely re-visit (might even take the family!).

Nice little cafe if you don't want the hurley burley of city centre. Plenty of choice no matter what your dietary requirements are. I had the gluten free waffles, very nice and very filling.

Great find - a cosy, quirky cafe close to the centre of Exeter. Plenty of choice & coffee was good. Perfect way to support a local, independent business.

Amazing food, delicious coffee and really friendly service. I was put in the area on temporary traffic control, I popped in here a couple of times and I was not disappointed.
