We have ordered from Venezia. The delivery was quick and the food was awesome. Hot and tasty. The portion was perfect as well. We loved it! I would to recommend it! 100%

Venezia Exeter. A brilliant place on the Quay to watch the Dragon Boat Racing. Pizza, Beer, Ice-cream and always a great atmosphere. Excellent. Declan

went to celebrate my birthday a few days ago. The view was good if you sat by the window. we booked a table for us as a family of 4, it was too small and we moved to another table (two tables together). Waited for half an hour after we ordered our food, guess it was busy that day. Waiting for half an hour was not fun but the food was good. My kids loved the 16-inch pizza. However, my steak was so so (I will give it 2 stars) but the chips were good, i will give it 4 stars.
A gentle reminder, if you ask the staff to take pictures for you, make sure you check the pictures after they were taken. Mine were all blurry, oh my birthday dinner pictures.... ( My fault after all)
Great service, lovely food, fast service.
The only thing let it down was the coffee, the cappuccinos milk was burnt and made it tasteless..

Reasonable price for the location with great views over the canal.

Star of the show were the chunky chips. Nice and fluffy with beautiful crispy outside.
Ribs weren't a standout but very tasty nonetheless and really nice chicken tenders.
The waitress was top draw, very polite and welcoming.
Although she was just glad of customers on a quiet Monday evening!

Had a fabulous desert here several evenings ago. The food is always very good. On my visit there were very few people in the restaurant and therefore the atmosphere was rather subdued.

had some amazing food today the service was impeccable, there was two amazing waitresses that were so polite and had good energy which made me feel really good. couldn’t of asked for a better morning out with my friend, would really like to say thank you to the two girls that made the meal so great!!!!
Enjoyed our dishes - food had flavour and tasted fresh. Only disappointing factor is that the portions of the spaghetti and lasagne was not filling for one person.
Lovely place. A major plus that they serve halal food. Staff were nice and polite.
An extractor fan is needed so the fumes from the kitchen doesn't get to the sitting area.
Stopped here for a pint after exploring the Quay. Decided to stop for dinner, my wife had Carbonara, I had Aberdeen Angus burger. Food absolutely faultless, atmosphere great. Highly recommended.
We stopped at Venezia for a fried breakfast and pint while walking the dog along the quay and river. The waitress’s were friendly and quick to serve us. The breakfast took less than 10 minutes to brought to our table. Apx £22 for 2 large breakfast and two pints of kopparberg cider. We will most probably stop in again one day

We have lived in Exeter for 6 years and never visited Bar Venezia except for coffee and ice-cream during the day, frankly was just sceptical that the food would be up to much.
However I was very surprised by the food and pleasant service, we had starters of squid and King prawns and they were delicious, my wife had the seafood linguini and said it was lovely, my son the escalope milanaise, equally lovely and I had the rib eye steak which was perfectly cooked and the chips were simply perfect.... I'm not a big chip eater but ate them all. (I would however have liked some mushrooms with my steak and possibly peas) cheese cake and coffee and walnut cake were delicious too.
All in all this was a great experience, well priced based on current pricing, efficient, friendly service great food. I have given them an atmosphere rating of 3* but this is only based on the numbers of people, had it been busier I'm sure they'd get a 4 or 5.
If like me you've been sceptical give it a try I'll certainly be going back.
Had the best Spanish omelet I think I've ever tasted!
Especially as it's an Italian place, I'm very impressed
