Pig And Pickle Micropub - Exeter - Photo album

I was going to leave a 1 star review, but only to see the owner make a T shirt out of it and wear it 😂 all jokes aside, this is an awesome bar. Such an awesome range of brews that are all banging! It's always nice seeing a proper independent, non corporate pub flourish in this increasingly chain-fil
A good alternative boozer on Heavitree's Fore street. The others tend to be more pub sports and mass market. This has niche tasting beers, seating on proper benches and tables. It could do with being a bit bigger as it does get busy. It is a micro brewery selling pub so not all the beers might be to
Beautiful interior and great selection of craft beers on cask, keg and in bottle or can. Local and further afield. Cider available and owner friendly and knowledgeable. Big spirit selection too. Well worth scaling the hill!
A very welcoming little pub with great drink selections which change regularly!
This tiny pub packs a lot of quality beverages. Don't get too attached to some particular beer though, as the menu varies from visit to visit.
Great little micropub! 🍺 It's got a surprisingly huge array of local and not so local ales, largers, ciders and more, on tap and in bottles. The pub itself is a small but atmospheric one, with a great choice of music in the background and photos on the walls. It's a shame it's not more central to E
I visit the Pig & Pickle every time I'm in Devon. A welcome pint from local breweries is always waiting after my drive from London. Best pub in Heavitree in my opinion.
A couple days ago my mate Vince took me to the Pig & Pickle. What a great little micropub! The beer selection was excellent and had something for everyone and every taste. Steve at the bar was very helpful and a nice lad. If I would live closer to the Pig & Pickle that would be MY PUB. I will defini
Current guidelines are followed, no hanging around at the bar, everyone was nicely spaced out and a good vibe with decent music. Beer's not cheap these days so you want to make sure you enjoy it when you do go out. Lovely selection of on-tap beers and ciders, even more lovely were some of the bottle
Fab independent bar in the heart of Heavitree, Exeter. No frills, no food (just snacks) but a decent range of micro brewery beers, constantly changing. How refreshing.
Lovely pub with a great selection of beers which changed regularly. Quirky decor and friendly bar staff. One of our favourite places to go for a drink.
Fun, friendly, great bar staff who make you very welcome. Plenty of choice of ales but not much if you enjoy lager. Whisky lover? you will be very happy here! Dropped one star as I find the level of music a bit too high. Definitely recommend a visit here if you haven't been before.
Great local real pub. Seemed to have a good range of Keg beers, only 1 cask, hence the 4 stars, not 5. Keystones Large one was well presented, had 2 to make sure of the quality. 😂. Would go back when I'm next in Exeter.
Good beer and wonderfully quirky. Visited here several times, always impressed by the range of beers on offer and the insightful staff. Great for a quick drink or two, not too far from the city centre which actually means that it's a bit more chilled out. Would definitely recommend.
Small pub in a former post office with bar seating and several tables. Fantastic selection of well-priced real ales on tap. Good low-volume music so you can chat or just sit and listen.
First time in the local. Great atmosphere and music was spot on (spaghetti western tunes this evening). Nice beer and the staff (one lone barman) was friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be returning again and again.
Unfussy place, concentrating on a really good choice of beers and other drinks.
Great beers ,awesome space cool service
