One of our places to visit for great food. Menu changes and get updated so we always look forward to visit again!
Their fish and chips is amazing!! Their mexican wraps are lovely too so saucy and delicious. That's my lunch when I was working their <3
Stopped here for a quick lunch. Very friendly and helpful despite us having a dog and two small children. Looks like it has undergone a major refurbishment and apparently a new chef. Very strong on fish options. Good veggie choices as well. Reasonably priced and food was presented with some care an
Nautical decoration looked fab and lots of different food options. Great place to go with the lads
The best Sunday carvery in Somerset/Devon this year. We went here around a year ago and remembered that it was good. It has been subtly restyled and is now even better. I would guess that there is a new chef/ management team because the food was superb and the staff are really friendly and attentive
Lovely setting sat outside with great views of the sunset. Food was great and kids meals were huge and tasty. Service was great and the waiters were fab. Efficient, polite and most importantly smiling. Will be back again soon.
Well impressed wih a superb carvery. Beef and turkey cooked to perfection! Veg just right & service with a smile. Thanks Eva. We'll be back . By the way dogs are welcome in the bar area so ticks another box ! 🤗
We've just got back from a lovely meal & all we want to do is fall asleep. I had belly pork, my husband had the hunters chicken, delicious. I did manage an excellent creme brulle after although my hubby could only manage an ice cream. Staff were efficient and we didn't have to wait for anything. Can'
Popped in The Halfway Inn with family on my way to Seaton on Sunday for a carvery. Its a lovely place with some lovely views but the best bit was the food. It might not be the cheapest carvery I've had but by far the best, absolutely amazing. Thinking of popping in again this Sunday 😋😊
called in on spec today, lovely lunch in the restaurant and very accommodating of my Casein allergy. will be back. 2 course incl drinks beer and 2 wines £30 bargain. The bar, garden and terraces where great too.
Visiting from Austalia and staying with Exeter family members we decided to have dinner at The Halfway Inn this evening. We were greeted by a smiling and friendly waitress. The food was amazing. This is the comment from two of our guests whom are very hard to please! Both were more than impresse
Great find. The food was exceptional. Easy to park and wonderful views. Staff were amazing. Only gave it a 4 star because they stop serving food at 7pm. A bit early.
