Went for afternoon tea this afternoon with my mum. Sat at a lovely table by the window looking out onto the cathedral, unfortunately it was raining and was a dull day but still nice. I am very fussy so having the choice of sandwich and a cake was nice as there was a variety to choose from. Lovely food and a big slice of cheesecake which was delicious, probably the best cheesecake I’ve had! Would definitely come back again for afternoon tea and to try breakfast and lunch.

Best breakfast I have had for a long time! Great friendly service. Tea on the Green has such a relaxing atmosphere about it, even when quite full.

We stopped here for lunch today and I tried the breakfast burger OMG what an amazing burger. You probably guessed it but it’s a full English in a burger highly recommend however they do have a great menu. The cafe is ran on two floors, the staff are nice and it’s all reasonably priced. Will be back soon

Amazing breakfast, we visited everyday. If you like Eggs Benedict I recommend the Karlito. Freshly squeezed orange juice was delicious. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Situated right next to the Cathedral, nice to get a table outside on a sunny day.

Even though it was raining we sat outside underneath a gazebo which was pleasant as it wasn't cold. The waiting staff was attentive and we ordered quickly. By the time we left it was busy. The food was delicious and reasonably priced.

Went for my wife's birthday lunch yesterday. Service was excellent and at no time were we rushed. The food was tasty, well presented and a sensible size portion. Two of our party are Gluten free and they have a lovely large selection of meals. When the waitress brought my wife's pudding they had put a candle in it, so we sang happy birthday. An excellent venue very highly recommended

Fabulous position to eat outside in the nearby grounds of the cathedral. Great friendly service and despite the busy lunchtime, food was fresh, well cooked and prompt

Lovely little cafe / restaurant - staff are always helpful and food doesn't disappoint! They have one of the biggest gluten free menus in Exeter so we often stop for lunch if we're in Central Exeter

A absolutely lovely spot for lunch situated right in front of the cathedral. We had the full English breakfast and the ploughman’s toasted sandwich both of which were absolutely lovely. The staff were so friendly, service was exceptional and the manager made us feel so welcome. We didn’t feel rushed at all we would definitely recommend this place!

Absolutely delicious food! I have a diagnosed gluten allergy and the staff made me feel so reassured, excellent menu I’d say around 80-90% is gluten free and safe! My mum had fish and chips and the portion size was so bang on for money and not greasy and I had a GF VG sausage and mash - I could have just eaten a bowl of their mash and gravy by itself! DELICIOUS!

We enjoyed a lovely lunch here. Plenty of Gluten-Free options on the menu, and sitting outside was very pleasant with a view of the Cathedral grounds. Service was excellent, seeing as it was busy the staff were working no stop. Recommended.

It's rare I give 5*s but the service was fantastic, it hasn't changed since I last visited in 2019. The cream tea was delicious, it was noticeable that the scones were fresh with a hint of vanilla. Just beautiful and reasonably priced at £11.
