We came here for a hen do (not the screaming kind) a couple of weeks ago and they honestly could not have been more accommodating and lovely. Some of our guests were almost an hour late due to car trouble but the staff were so so friendly and nice about it, never made us feel in the way or that they were frustrated. Communication was also excellent.
The food was absolutely incredible, best fajitas I've ever had (and I've had a lot) and all of us really enjoyed our meals, catered for all tastes and requirements very well. Couldn't recommend more :)
Met up with some “old” friends on Thursday night in Harry’s, still a great place to meet and eat. Lovely atmosphere and the food and service were excellent. We’ve already booked for a pre-Christmas meet up in December! Would definitely recommend Harry’s.
We were celebrating 22 years of marriage. Booked a table at last minute. And I have to say, fantastic meal. Great food and service. They never disappoint. Thank you to Harry’s for making our night out special
Had my work Christmas dinner here and the food was amazing! They were able to cater for vegan and gluten free members of our party above and beyond. The staff were fabulous and we were well looked after and were not rushed out at the end of the evening. My new favourite restaurant in Exeter!
100% the best steak I have ever had! Absolute top service by waitresses, starters and main allocated in very good time, although it was busy the timing was perfect, could not recommended this place anymore, amazing!!!! ����
Travelled down from Bristol to celebrate a friends 50th . We were not disappointed fantastic service , fantastic food and special touch with a brownie on the house for the birthday girl . Thank you for a lovely afternoon , we shall return and recommend �
I must say the food & service at Harry’s was superb. We booked an early evening table for supper with our two children. Although Harry’s don’t offer a children’s menu, they are more than happy to do smaller portions of most of their dishes on offer, which was perfect. Our two children both had burger & fries with slaw on the side and devoured it! We all enjoyed the cosy, candlelit buzzy atmosphere and will most definitely be back.

Went for a meal here about 3 years ago was such amazing food wanted to take my boyfriend out somewhere nice for food on the weekend and thought of here best choice I made both loved everything about it from starters, mains and of course the desert the Harry’s heart attack. Will definitely be recommending to friends to come and try and will be back soon to try defeat the Harry’s heart attack x

Best place to eat in Exeter in my opinion. Wonderful food which could not have been improved if they tried.
Its not often that I get to review a restaurant that has such a legacy. Whilst at work on the day of the review a couple of conversations I had with colleagues went along the lines of. “What are you doing tonight?”. “Going to Harry’s for something to eat…”

I cannot say enough about how amazing this experience was. Literally every single thing was perfection. Firstly, the team were all super friendly, warm and welcoming and made us feel special. The ambiance was just right, music was a superb blend of well known classics starting from the 1960’s and making their way into the 70’s as it moved along the evening. It’s a restaurant you say? What about the food? Sometimes it’s good to leave the best things until last. The food was OUTSTANDING! A starter (special) of belly pork slices and freshly made slaw was superb, the pork was so well cooked; the tastes sublime. The calamari also deserves its own shout out; it was gently cooked and not rubbery or tough like it can be. Amazing. Mains and we both had the ribeye steak. A generous portion, not bogged down with tons of fat like I’ve had before. It was cooked perfectly to the medium rare that we’d requested. Both of the courses washed down with a couple of signature cocktails. Sadly, we were too full for dessert, but the table next to us had the most amazing looking Eton mess. I wish I lived closer to Exeter as I’d want to eat here all the time. Just simply perfect.
Went here for a private birthday function. We had a separate room with a large table in it and a bar. There was lots of space around the table so it was a fairly big room. We had a set menu that we could choose a few options from but all the food was delicious! Would definitely recommend this place. The toilets were very clean. The staff were also amazing, very attentive, professional and friendly. Special mention to Liv who helped us out most of the night and did a fantastic job! I will definitely be back to try the full menu!
This place is lovely! The food and service are fantastic but you must book in advance, The cocktails are really good too.
The building is stunning and always a good temperature (visited in summer and winter)

Went here for my brothers 30th, staff were all lovely! We had a such a laugh and food was amazing! And service was brilliant!
What a lovely restaurant! Firstly they rang us on the day to see if we were still coming which is rare and we knew it was going to be good because of that. We were greeted nicely when we arrived everything from that point was perfect. Excellent waiters who ran the front of the house with no problems even though it was so busy and the food.... Wow! That is something else there, the aranchini were gorgeous and everyone else loved their starters and my burger for mains was so big I couldn't finish it, they also loved their mains. Definitely 10/10 💯
Amazing visit for brunch. Quality, freshly cooked food. Service was quick, friendly, and we never felt rushed to vacate the table. My only complaint, and it really is scraping the barrel…. My egg wasn’t as runny as I would have liked. Will definitely visit again.

Had a wonderful lunch here today after a last minute booking. The decor was very nice, the food was delicious and the staff were friendly! I just wish I had time to come back whilst I'm on my holiday!
The food was tasty and a very generous portion size! The fries were slightly over done but the T-bone steak was incredible and cooked to perfection.
The staff were friendly, helpful and genuinely nice to have a chat with.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The restaurant is also accessible (ramp available for front door), and restroom is on ground floor and step free from the dining area.

The best place to eat in Exeter hands down! Stunning food, lovely service and it’s so consistent too. I must have been 10 or more times and can’t think of anything less than exceptional to say! Special mention to the grilled tuna- always great.
