This is the best Indian restaurant in Exeter. The food was fantastic. The staff (which I think he is a chief) was also super friendly. He was so kind that gave us free small plate of rice to have a try. And he also brought one plate back to add more chilly for us as we said it was too creamy and not spicy at all. Loved it, highly recommend.

Delicious authentic Indian cuisine…not your average curry house!! Portion sizes are good except for the chilli prawn where for reasons unknown the prawns were chopped into small pieces and we probably had two prawns in the entire dish!!! Well worth a visit though

Very nice Indian restaurant with authentic Indian food. Takes no short cuts on the food preparation. Very nice friendly owner and polite efficient servers. Easy two minute walk from St. Davids Station located in the Great Western Hotel. Used to be Brunels Restaurant. Very nice atmosphere.

Super service. Great advice on what to have and how much. Best biriyani I've ever had. I'd suggest anyone that enjoys a curry to give this place a go.

I should, straight away, say that I visited Karma on a Saturday night. I had no reservation and the head waiter was good enough to find me a table in a very busy restaurant. It took 1hour for my food to arrive. ( I was in no rush) but it was worth the wait. Very tasty and obviously freshly cooked food. I shall visit again at a quieter and more representative time. For the moment, I can only praise and recommend the food and service.

Never expected Indian vegetarian Restaurant in devon(Exeter) but this is reality.much expensive but really gud taste..large quantity portions.Hindi music with indian taste. In this covid pandemic, first time i seen this kind of customer service..Entry with hand sanitizer..special partition in each table...sanitizer menu folder after serving to different customers. Very Expensive but enjoyable

Amazing food, the chicken was cooked perfectly and the service was impeccable. The staff are very attentive and the menu has great options. The chef Mugid came to the table to make sure everything was to our liking and we were glad to let him know that he had done a fantastic job with the dishes. Will gladly visit again.

One of the best and authentic Indian food found in Exeter. If there is one restaurant you want to enjoy the quality of meals (not ambience) then look no further. Whilst visiting Exeter, I tried few Indian restaurants and was overly impressed with the quality of food in the restaurant. Highly recommended.

Booked a table for 4 of us on 14.07.21 and top stuff through and through. From the service to the food to the quality, could not fault it at all. Flavoursome food. Friendly staff and a great dine in experience. Many thanks team karma :)

Good service and great tasting food for our large group. A group of 14 dad's dined at Karma, we ate off a new set menu making things simple as the food just arrived hot, plentiful and very tasty. Ideal spicey, some veggie and fresh combination of dishes which went well with our Indian Lagers. The service was good, led by Stephen, and our chef was keen to please joining us at the table to explain our delicious food. A hidden gem in Exeter by the mainline station, highly recommended. Our only criticism was the missing Christmas crackers which Raj the owner had agreed to but got overlooked. He did ring to apologise, which was ok, we'd picked up a pack at JL on the way and had a whip around. I am sure we will be back and hope the set next year will include crackers if not for Christmas then another festival.

A had a take away for four. We all agreed the food was extremely good, very fresh, great portion sizes and so so flavoursome. The tandoori chick was the best I’ve ever had anywhere, with a real twist to what I was expecting. The team at Karma where very friendly and accommodating. It’s now our first choice despite being on the other side of Exeter.
