Ordered via the displays rather than the till. Customised my burger with ‘no supercharger sauce’ - it came with the sauce (everyone makes mistakes, especially when it’s so damn hot!)- no quibbles about changing the burger and excellent staff gave complimentary pop corn chicken for the mistake! Friendly staff! Nice one 👍🏻
I’ve just had a double down box meal and oh my god it was the best thing I ever had KFC has done a good job well done I loved it and definitely eating here again
We picked a quiet time of day so our meal was prepared and ready in record time. A safe bet was the bucket of finger-lickin' chicken wings with the neat little bags of chips and the beefburgers were delicious too. All in all, a tasty meal in record time with the seating available in a booth if you want it.
Very good food, I tried a veggie burger for the first time, I'm not a vegetarian but had already had lunch earlier, the veggie burger was really good moist and tasty. My adult son had a full meal as its his favourite food and wasnt dissatisfied xx
Food was good, service not bad either but, on arrival all tables were dirty. They tables were eventually cleaned, sadly not the chairs or floor. But, again, great chicken.
food is good, but drive through is super slow, 10 mins from the point of order till you get your food. staff is friendly but definitely need to improve on speed.
Today 23/4/22 I have to say as good as kFC gets anywhere in the country. Gravy was amazing and mini fillets were cooked to perfection. Totally honest review
Went in there yesterday (27/12/20) and the guy on the counter at lunch time could not have been anymore helpful and deserves a medal for the best fast food server we have ever come across. Sadly I don't have the receipt with his name on it.
He was friendly, chatty and had a sense of humour. Went out of his way to help everyone and was just a nice guy.

We had KFC tonight and my partner waited 30mins from ordering. OK not so much "fast food" but still I think people should be a little more patient. Its early days, the staff are still learning and there is bound to be some teething problems at first.
The food was still hot when he got it home and was delicious! Hopefully the screens will be working to make it an easier experience (my partner didn't know which was the order queue and which was the queue for collecting orders)
I think it's a little harsh that so many have given a 1 star or 2 star review! Give them a chance and get off your high horses
