Super cool place. We went there last Monday while visiting on a work trip. It was Acoustic night and they were so welcoming. Real people just playing music, making music, jamming and having a great time. They even asked if we wanted to join in! The bar lady was very helpful and they had some great craft lagers/ciders. Loved this place! I took a little video and was so grateful I did to remind myself of the ditty in the song...ring ring, the telephone. Life isn't easy when you're living on your own. I hope they don't mind me adding this video. Keep up the good work guys! πŸ‘πŸΌ

Not a huge pub, but it's like walking into the past, in a good way. Amazing choice of real ales, ciders and perries. Great live music at the wknds and a brilliant atmosphere. Friendly service and reasonable prices. Delicious range of crisps and snacks. Lovely cosy nook at the back complete with open fire & comfy chairs, a variety of board games and a big table to play on. No juke box or fruit machines - bliss. Outside seating area. We love it and definitely recommend

The Red Lion has a great selection of local ales, beers, and spirits all from within 20 miles from Evesham. They have live music most weekends, which provide a great atmosphere along with great hospitality

Always a friendly face at the bar, dog friendly, doesn't serve food, but 5 stars for that too as you can bring your own in.

This is such a hidden gem of a pub. It's easy to miss in the corner of Evesham's main square, Marketplace. Once inside the pub is so cosy, with a real fire and comfy chairs in the snug ready for winter. The landlord sources local ales and ciders so there is always something new to try. Live music features weekly. Prices are reasonable and the welcome is excellent. Can highly recommend!

Wonderful, unpretentious, unspoilt, traditional pub serving a small but fine selection of well kept real ales. Gerald, the landlord, was friendly, welcoming and interesting to chat with. However, I was disappointed to hear that he was shortly due to retire. I really hope no one spoils this real gem of a pub.
