I tried booking a table at Norton Grange while in the car and I got to the book now and the signal dropped. I then rang to see if I could book on the phone. My phone signal dropped again. Me and my partner had a starter, burger and pudding each. The food was tasty, very reasonable prices. Ordered and paid at the bar, which we prefer. Food arrived quickly. Pub had a nice atmosphere. Would definitely go again!
Clean place, lovely food and Dan and Chris were lovely hosts, very polite and friendly, nothing was to much trouble. Good staff makes the restaurant experience a pleasant one and they are a credit!

A standard eatery for families and groups. What you see is what you get.
I can't say it was an exciting or memorable experience; however, we would revisit, if other choices weren't available.

For a chain pub, it feels family run. Food always good. Staff always friendly and helpful. Nice place to go, particularly the "old" part of the pub.
We have just been to the Norton Grange for the second time the first time being yesterday. We had rump steaks on our first visit and gammon steaks on on our second visit with puddings all perfectly cooked and very fairly priced. The staff were helpful and polite all in all two good experiences.
We recently moved to the area a month ago and thought we would walk to the local pub to try out the food.
All of the members of the team greeted us as soon as we walked in, they were smiley and helpful.
