The Green Man - Eversholt - Photo album

This was a big to do item on our trip from Chicago to England. We stopped by on our way from London to the Cotswold for our anniversary. It was only the bar menu when we arrived but we waited through a downpour and enjoyed amazing food. It was so incredible that we drove and hour and a half back the
We’ve had a meal in the main restaurant and popped in several times for bar meals all have been really good. Today we visited again for a pint and some bar food and although the restaurant was packed and the kitchen was also preparing food for their fireworks event they still managed to feed us too!
As a couple who are vegetarian if not vegan, it often feels like you miss out at many restaurants, the vegetarian or vegan options being the same tired stereotypical choices. At the Green Man however that is absolutely not the case, with even the fixed price menu offering an equal number of choices
Stopped in the middle of a 30 Sunday walk in May on a sunny day without booking. 100+ covers. They just about squeezed me in, and that sausage roll was badly undersold on the menu. It’s f++++++ amazing. Seriously good food. Beer on top form. Cricket outside. What’s not to like? Thanks to the staff,
Beautiful village, beautiful pub, amazing food, top notch service. Emily was a brilliant attendant for our lunch, we were the first in the pub for lunch, it soon filled up but the high standard of service was maintained throughout our visit. Had a 2 course lunch, burger was perfect, crumble was yumm
The two of us walked in mid-afternoon looking for a main meal. Unfortunately, it was bar snacks only at that time, so we were about to leave when the young lady behind the bar stopped us. She offered to speak to the kitchen staff to see if they could help us out. We said not to worry, but she insist
Stunning location and pleasant beer garden and interior. Came specifically for the Sunday lunch. The lamb was certainly tasty, could have done with a little more veg, but overall still enjoyed
We had dinner for 5 people last night, table booked for 8pm and it was just spot on, everything, spot on. It's a pub where you can go for a pint with the locals, or have an award winning meal - what's not to like, a proper pub, finally, thank you!! The entire bill came to £222 for 5 people. We had 2
Love this place!! Incredible food, delicious cocktails, amazing staff. Cosy pub vibes at its best.
Really lovely pub, the setting could not be nicer, a real picture postcard location. Beer selection was solid, the wine list clearly had a lot of thought put into it. We ordered a charcuterie and it was excellent. Has to be one of the nicest pubs in the area.
Food is to die for! Genuinely some of the best food I have ever had, especially the sticky toffee pudding dessert. Our whole group was raving about how good the food was :) Staff were great, nothing was too much trouble. Also very reasonably priced - we visited on a Tuesday evening which turned out
A lovely, peaceful, country establishment. Lovely, energetic staff. Devine, tasty food. Great selection of drinks. A must if you want a quality meal. Come and visit!
Lovely beer garden with plenty seating in and out. Beer selection was OK with two handpumps. Food looked OK although menu wasn't largest choice we have seen at pubs.
Lovely traditional pub that has been stylishly renovated. Great food, great beer and lovely service. The cocktails looked very good too and there is a nice sized outside courtyard for drinking and eating in the summer. I will be coming back!
Popped in for a drink with the family. Food smelt and looked incredible! Lovely country pub in a beautiful setting. I was hoping to bump into the owners but alas it wasn't to be. Another time perhaps.
Went for lunch today for my wife's birthday and couldn't be happier with the service we had. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food was excellent (Double stack burger, Pastrami sandwich and Peanut Butter Brownie pictured) a lovely, well kept pub in a traditional scenic village. Perfect i
Nice impromptu experience at The Green Man on a Thursday night. We enjoyed the Pie+Pint deal (switched mash for fries - they were delicious btw). Of course I needed to try the chocolate fondant knowing the owner won bake off. I thought the fondant would have been a bit bigger for £12 but maybe it's
