Visited Cafe Rouge on a Friday lunch time in January. On walking in we were shown to our tablet. We ordered off the main menu as we had a 50% voucher. I ordered Chicken and fries. The service was excellent and my order arrived soon. The chicken was moist and melted in my mouth. The meal was superb.
First visit to this cafe rouge, very nice! I had the duck. Staff very pleasant and welcoming and the food was good. If you are an AA member and have the app you can get a discount, usually 25%.
There are often other voucher codes online for cafe rouge so it’s worth looking.
Great place for a quick snack or a nice meal with friends and family. Reasonably priced. Waitress was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back.
This was my first visit in Cafe Rouge and I was totally thrilled. The whole team (I mean the staff) is very young so I was a bit worried but you don't need to be. They were excellent, quick and friendly. We ordered a few soups, then burgers, a chicken, plus couple of salads and we all loved it. Ever
We went for an afternoon tea (booked) apparently they were out of the items needed for our sandwiches, they seemed short staff, and someone who came in later got served their cooked chicken before we got our sandwiches. Went today for lunch. Such a pleasure. Agree strongly with a previous customer review saying that Janus is so great! He makes the place such a happy venue to visit. Wouldn't be quite the same without him. Meal was lovely with steak cooked to perfection. Thank you.
Took my mother for dinner for a special occasion. The food was very good and the Hungarian waitress, with her quirky sense of humour really helped make the experience. We enjoyed our evening and would like to say thank you! 😀

Esher Cafe Rouge is very local to my folks and it is a good example of the chain. Nice food without costing a fortune, ditto for the wine and pleasant service without being too obsequious. Not too noisy and great for a week day meal.
This Cafe Rouge is the best in the whole area. All the staff are very good but I would like to single out a polish waiter, Janus who is excellent. He is thoughtful, polite and always ready to help. How lucky you are to have him.
Loved the food here, love the Eggs Benedict. The staff were not the most attentive in the sense that they were not exactly busy and spent ages on mobile devices without realising we were patiently waiting for a menu. Would still go back though because the food is nice.
Just returned from a lovely lunch at Cafe Rouge, Esher, to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary. We had a Red Letter Day voucher for a 3 course meal from the set menu and a glass of fizz. There was a limited choice, but something to please both of us. The food was wonderful, very tasty, good size
