Came here for a pasty and I was served by a young girl, i believe her name was Sheniyah, she was so calm and polite, provided exceptional service even when the store was busy. My only complaint is that the area around the shop seems dangerous, there are crackheads who hang around the shop but its erdington so its not surprising.
I love this place, great staff and the food is delicious.
Lovely people I go there on a Sunday with my daughter the two young people who work there every Sunday are really pleasant lovely and really helpful 😊
Had to wait for my food to cook so they offered me a coffee while I waited....very kind of them. All the staff were busy but polite and cheerful. Keep up the good work

We love Gregg's when we want a quick snack. Standard of food is always consistently good and their sausage rolls are something special. Pasties are pretty good too. We sometimes have a bacon and omelette and a sausage and omelette bap for breakfast washed down with a cup of hot chocolate. Lovely. Long may Gregg's reign supreme.
Very friendly staff who go the extra mile to make their customers happy. I like all Greggs bakeries and the staff deserve praise in these difficult times.

Breakfast deal is awesome. 2.30 for large coffee and sausage bap. Cheaper than a regular Starbucks or Costa and honestly it's not a bad coffee.

Fresh food, the pasty was hot out of the oven and the donuts nice and soft. Friendly customer service, inside was kept relatively clean too.
