The female assistant zhakia at the till was very helpful.

Had a couple of times to eat in this place. Must say,staff is polite and aware of the customer's presence in the store as soon as you enter. Food obviously tastes very good and is indeed spicy (I eat extremely spicy and I find the extreme sauce to be quite ...tingly 😁) and flavoured. Couldn't recommend it more 💜
The staff we're very friendly the service was 10/10 I had a lamb burger which always meets my Pepe's expectation and the chicken was on point and the fries with the garlic mayo was mouthwatering

Excellent customer service at pepes erdington branch. Got my food a few minutes after the estimated wait time but I didn’t mind as it was absolutely amazing. The spices and dressings have been by far the best part of the meal. Chicken XL is my go to. Food is delicious too! 5 stars!!!!

Recently placed an order for whole chickens and the order was made ready well in time. Also, it is the best peri peri chicken. Team is very cooperative and helpful. highly recommended for peri peri/grilled chicken!

I had the medium spice peri chicken burger meal and doubled it up with cheese and large fries
Couldn’t fault it, the chicken was succulent whilst also boasting plenty of flavour
The lad that was on shift there was also helpful when taking my order and made the experience nice and simple and order was sorted prompt.
I’ll deffo be back again when around the area 5*
