Absolutely love the food at the White Bear! This is our regular haunt for food! Can heartily recommend the Camenbert, Goats cheese or Garlic mushroom starters and the steak is always cooked to perfection! A great choice of beers and cocktails! No wonder we keep going back!

Amazing meal best I've had in ages staff friendly they go out there way tomake sure you have a good experience taking your order at the table food came out all together hot well presented making sure you have drinks if you want them they after your meal they make sure your table is clear ask if you would like and deserts anymore drinks and you don't feel pressured to have to order more good value for the price all food high quality deffenitly 5* +++ keep up the great work deffenitly be coming back x

Visited The White Bear on Saturday evening. The staff were very friendly and were happy to accommodate the 5 of us and two dogs. Gave advice on places to visit. The food was excellent too. Will visit again next time we are in the area.
Decided to try the white Bear and can honestly say we were not disappointed,from start to finish it was excellent the Sunday roast which I had two roast was amazing especially the roast potatoes which were the best;I did make sure I left room for dessert I had lemon meringue roulade my favourite my sister had chocolate fudge cake which also looked delicious.the service was also excellent can honestly say we couldn't fault anything it was well worth the drive there.
Staff are excellent, it has a friendly traditional pub vibe. Food was quality and we would highly recommend a visit

Wonderful freshly cooked wholesome food. Great beer Taylors Boltmaker. Very dog friendly even to GS dogs! Great service all round.

Always good pub food. Quiet on a weekday so relative and I were able to chat and have a catch up. Caters well for members of my family who are vegetarian vegan gluten and dairy free which is not always possible in some.
