My child had cake box’s cake before and he quite enjoyed it. So I gave it a try when it came up on too good to go app yesterday. All my family absolutely loved the taste of their cake including me! As a person who is not into very sweet icing cakes, the sweetness of their cake was perfect to me. I will definitely come back :)

We ordered a paw patrol cake which looked amazing but unfortunately the cream went off the next day making the cake inedible. Took it to the shop and Monica was absolutely amazing! She gave us a replacement cake to my daughter and it’s been 4 days and the cake still tastes great. She made the cake herself so thank you so much for your custom. We really appreciate it. We almost decided not to order again from Cake Box but thanks to Monica, we will continue to order from the shop :) Keep up the good work!

I bought a cake 🎂 from Epsom cakebox 5min before they closed (not Pre-ordered) I got home and put it in the fridge for my friends birthday for the next morning. When we cut the cake the following day the fresh cream was hard and tasted stale. I called the shop straight away and explained what happened 😐 the lady was absolutely brilliant 👏 she offered to replace the cake with the same one, made freshly 1 hour before I collected it. Absolutely amazing service and amazing staff. Thank you so much for saving the day. I would only buy cakes from cakebox, best cakes in town. THANK YOU SO MUCH 💓
The cakes and slices are amazing, and its very difficult to find a place which has eggless pure vegetarian cakes, glad found this place. Friendly service, amazing taste and my personal favourite is the biscoff one. I highly recommend this place for the best cakes and slices and cheese cakes in the town specially for vegetarian people.
They have some really delicious cake which aren’t supposed to miss out. I’ve had great experience. It’s literally the best cakes I’ve had. 😍
Ordered some cake for my boyfriends birthday as a surprise and some candles. Cake looked and tasted amazing and was well packaged so that it didnt get squished or damaged on its way to me. Friendly customer service, even rang me to tell me they didn't have the red candles id asked for and asked if a different colour was ok which i thought was a nice gesture. Bit pricey £10 for a slice of cake with delivery but think worth it for special occasions.
