Indulging in the culinary masterpiece was an absolute delight; the waffle, oozing with creamy goodness and bursting with tantalizing flavors, was simply divine. And let me not forget to mention the shakes, which were nothing short of extraordinary.
The waffle was mouth-watering and had a good amount of toppings however the cookie dough milkshake tasted like vanilla not cookie dough. The slushy was amazing and the kids loved it. The coffee was satisfactory so all in all Creams does well with waffles and slushies but needs to work on the coffee and ice cream flavour.

We have come to Creams to celebrate the end of the school year. I cannot recommend highly enough. Everything was delicious and freshly made. The Crepes, Waffles and Sundaes were absolutely amazing. We were looked after by Anum who was friendly, efficient and very kind to the children. A throughly enjoyable experience for all of us.

Creams Cafe Epsom is an absolute treat! Their Oreo shake is a creamy delight, striking the perfect balance between sweet and rich. And the Lotus waffle is irresistible, with a lovely crunchy caramel flavour. The staff's friendliness and efficient service make the experience even better. Visited Creams midweek afternoon with our 10 year old daughter.
We chose 3 different dishes, all were great! There’s a great choice of chocolatey toppings on waffles, crepe and brownie dishes.
I had the millionaire’s shortbread waffle, and totally recommend it! We also had a crepe dish (2 crepes, toppings) and a cookie dough brownie dish.
They’re all OTT sweet of course, I was glad I ordered a mint tea to offset the sweetness a bit, but it’s a dessert place, sugar is what you go for!
If you’re not a big chocolate fan then the options are limited, I think they could consider one or two more plainer fruit based waffle dishes on the menu for those who find themselves going with a group and wanting a healthier option, but that didn’t affect us, we’re chocoholics!
Staff were attentive; the toilet although only 1 or 2 available and passcode protected, was clean; the restaurant vibe is fun and informal.
Spend per dessert, about £8-£9, so with a drink expect a bill of approx £12 a person. (Kids menu is cheaper for under 8s).
We enjoyed it and will return for more!
Brilliant. Stopped off to grab a desert with the kids, after lunch at a nearby restaurant. What a great idea and what a great treat! Kids went with the kids sundaes and we went with the warm cookie dough and ice creams. The table service was very quick (sub 5 mins from ordering) and the desserts were delicious. Will certainly be back - who knows, maybe this will become a monthly ritual...!
