Great atmosphere with brilliant staff. Had Caramel Frappuccino & relative had similar but with cream not coffee,both tasted wonderful & cooled us down. Both hot & cold drinks, as well as cakes, snacks & light meals served. Everything spotlessly clean. Venue had a range of tables at different heights
Went xmas shopping, left the wife to it and took my lad to Starbucks, we were warmly greeted as we entered the store, our order was made ready very quickly and we spent about an hour in the seated upstairs while we waited for the wife. Good visit to a nice Starbucks. This branch has two entrances - a main one from outside with a step, and a second from within the Ashley Centre that is level access. Staff were courteous and efficient and there is additional seating upstairs.

How could you go wrong with Blonde Roast. String coffee that wakes you up every time. Struggle to follow instructions and you can't even give instructions on deliveroo and Uber eats! How can I say that I want my large Americans half full!
Great shop, the staff are so friendly and always helpful. Some of them have been there for years, Ali Is a ⭐️ They explain what is new and even old drinks if you are not sure. Normally no problem getting a seat inside if you have time to stop and relax
A great thing about this Starbucks is that are regularly giving away free samples of new coffee blends to try outside the front. Staff are friendly and pleasant, and while its small it is also cosy.
