We are regular visitors. We enjoy prompt and friendly service. The portions are big and the fish is always fresh, well cooked and tasty. Even on a busy day the staff manage to deliver all of these plus points. Well done to the best plaice to eat fish in Epsom.
Loved it! The guys were great! Food was wonderful! Can’t wait until my next trip across the pond to Epsom and I can have their fish and chips again!
We have never had a bad meal here. Faultless service, delicious food and excellent value every time. The staff are so friendly and really go out of their way to make each customer feel valued. It's always exceptionally clean too.

Very good food and good price if you take away had a large cod and while mum had fish bited were alot better price for value especially for eat in.
Really good fish and chips, they have fizzy drinks as well as other sea food such as calamari, you can eat in or takeaway. The staff are so friendly, i watched a guy who was hungry and one of the staff gave him a free meal, one of the kindest things i have seen. 🙂

Fantastic Fish & Chips, we had large cod and chips and were given some mushy peas to go with it. Really good portions and not greasy or oily at all. Batter has a lovely flavour. Will definitely be returning.
Went to this shop as it was the only one open on a Sunday evening, but I’m very impressed. Ordered a saveloy and chips for my daughter. The chips are really nice and crispy. The saveloy was really nice as well, skin wasn’t too hard but wasn’t watery.
Staff were really pleasant to talk with and were very fast!! Defo worth the 5 stars

Tried these guys for the first time tonight and had the best fish and chips I've ever eaten and certainly the best in Epsom. The batter was superb, really crisp, tasty and a wonderful golden colour. The fish was fresh and cooked to perfection. Generous portion too. This is my new chippy!
I can’t recommend enough. This place has always been our family’s favourite. Even after moving house we still drive there to get fish and chips. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. Food is always made fresh. Never had a problem from there. Best Fish and chips in Epsom area.
I phoned to place a good sized order which was perfectly prepared and ready to collect when I arrived. Everyone was delighted with the fish and chips and it was excellent value. I will certainly visit again. Well done Plaice to Eat.
I regularly use Plaice to Eat and have always had a great experience. The food is consistently well prepared and tastes great. The staff are friendly and offer a good service. Always happy to recommend this fish and chip shop.
Lovely as a take away, I wouldn't bother with the restaurant bit. Lovely fresh fish, proper chips, big portions. Staff is friendly and corteous. Bring your own ketchup, the sauces are awful here;) still worth it.

The main meals are well cooked, generously proportioned and are accompanied with additional side dishes as standard. Unfortunately, too full for pudding, (and I didn't have a starter either! )

A lovely fish and chips dinner. They do everything you would expect at a chippy, but in addition they optionally grill rather than deep fry the fish. Very tasty, been going here since they set up, and and never been disappointed.
Eat in area in the back is very clean, fast table service.
