Great pub. Great food, always cooked well although the menu is limited, the burgers and steak are simply the best. Always clean. Good selection of ales for those who like them. Mo and his staff are always polite and friendly.

Mo, the landlord, has turned a tatty watering-hole into a proper pub. His secret? He does the simple things well viz. It is always clean. The beers have never had to be rejected. The real ales are constantly changing. The menu, while limited as befits a pub, is of good quality food, cooked well. As others have said an ever-changing range of real ales so if the first is not to your palate then the next one will be.

It's the best, like having a bar in your living room! Mo is the best, hats off, a bar away from the normal tat!

I haven't been to Epsom Town for about 20 years but this place has remained a good old fashioned boozer.

Fab traditional pub with exceptionally well kept beers by an experienced and old school Landlord who knows his business like a true professional. Small but very tasty menu and more than adequate for a small pub. I had one of my 50th birthday parties there and Mo was an excellent host. Thoroughly recommended as a lovely pub with great beer.
