Had a nice vegan cake with my cappuccino. The oat milk was somehow blended with pea milk, which kind of worked. The service was slow, despite the singular staff member was working very hard with a smile. Quite a family place this September morning; place was clean, and so was the toilet.

An ideally-located store with wonderful, friendly staff! Drinks great and food delicious. Costa, please invest further in this store and they will continue to improve and bring in more trade.
Very busy but queue went down quickly. Young lady taking orders very pleasant and well organised. Toasted sandwiches brought to our table quickly, they knew where we were. Other lady clearing tables very polite. Great! Well done.

Absolutely fantastic place! Exceptionally friendly staff, tasty Costa's coffee and yummy food. Would definitely recommend this cosy Costa Coffee Epping to everybody!

They're always good places for a snack and coffee. The only downside are that the toilets are not always as clean as they could be. Staff are friendly and smiley and very efficient.

I love Costa's! This certain coffee shop has plenty of room along with seating. You don't have to sit on top of somebody sitting very close to you and possibly listening to your conversation. It's not too loud and patrons are very respectful of each other and their discussions. One of the best t
Busy in bursts, but the counter gets the queue down quickly. Friendly staff in general, and tables cleared quickly. If you can get a table near the wall sockets it's a great place to work. Would recommend.
