Lovely coffee shop, friendly and cheerful staff. Nice variety of food and drink on offer. Plenty of seats available.
The tomato and mozzarella panini are the children's favourite. The staff are well trained and very pleasant people.
Great friendly staff...what more could you ask for...perhaps some of the seating replacing as they're a bit frayed....otherwise lovely spot
As always, coffee is a bit cold, expected with Costa though, but the one in Penko has LOVELY staff and very fast. Also with an outstanding out door seating area, would recommend to anyone.
2 prices for each food item depending on whether you sit in or take out. This has reduced my scoring. The staff seem knowledgeable but the coffees I've received on a few occasions have not been to the same standard each time. I like a strong coffee, the coffee here is not strong unless you order ext

Service was what let store down - preoccupied conversations felt like they delayed a single coffee order.

I like the coffee here. Last time I was in they were very busy. The guy clearing tables apologised for not clearing our table quick enough! He was very pleasant. I just don't like having a relaxing coffee in the middle of a busy shopping centre otherwise it would be 5 stars.
Hot chocolate was cold when it.came to my table I asked for it to be brought over because I have a disability.Everything else first class.
