Service with a smile from a very young looking team at Five Guys Enfield. Served at the tills by Chloe on a very quiet weekday afternoon. The young chap who was on the fryers, stepped forward to listen to my order and got on with making it while I was still mulling over the drinks menu. Of all the Five Guys milkshakes I’ve had (trust me, a lot) this one was made with the most care and attention. Chloe had combined the peanut butter, lotus biscuit and banana together so smoothly that I didn’t have any big lumps getting stuck in my straw. This may not sound like a big deal to some but for me, it makes the treat all the more enjoyable and worth the calories!! My kids really enjoyed their chips and drinks too and wanted me to mention that “everything was amazing”. This branch was very clean and tidy on the day of our visit too.

All food is made fresh on site every day, unlike other establishments that rely on freezers.
The portions are large with most fries in the bottom of the bag as the small portion cups are too small!
Nice touch to offer free nuts while waiting.
Service is thorough repeating everything you want on top of your burger as you build it from scratch, and all toppings are free with options such as grilled onions and grilled mushrooms.
Free parking.
Not cheap, but quality comes at a price, and you will not leave hungry!

One tiny criticism though - this girl ALWAYS on shift whenever I happen to visit. She's a legend! Give the girl a day off every once in a while 5 guys! You're all deserving, (but shes the jewel in your crown for sure 😀)
Firstly as soon as I walked through the door I felt very welcomed by the staff, they were very helpful with my order as I didn’t know the best thing to choose from the menu. I watched them make my order and I was so happy the way they all work as a team. The food was incredible and milkshake 10/10! Definitely recommend.
Visited Friday night after going to Cineworld next door. Was the best five guys experience we ever had! Restaurant was spotless (toilets too!) Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Food was fresh af, best five guys burgers and shakes we ever had in the UK! Shout out to Tommy/Tonny (sorry don't remember his name!)for going above and beyond. Very good vibes, highly recommend and defo will be back when in Enfield!

Not only was the burger perfect but the service was amazing, very friendly staff and very attentive. A small mistake of putting tomatos in my burger, I was happy to remove but thought I would tell manager as he asked how my meal was. He offered to make me a other even though I ate it all but I declined to which he insisted I had something so I accepted a lovly Biscoff and strawberry milkshake. Very happy with the food and customer service.
Never tried before initially thought expensive, but was good value for money after eating. My son had hot dog, taste was good, but was really small. Overall a good place to visit, will definitely go again.
Outstanding customer service, staff are respectful of other people’s needs and disabilities. Kind and considerate, a great example of how it should be done. Food was great too! Highly recommend
I walked in at 2305 and the friendly staff welcomed me and my friend with a warm smile took our eat-in order despite them closing at midnight.
