It's a delicious milk pudding with a burnt top (actually cooked by burning the bottom in the pan and then flipping it over). Very few patisseries know how to make this.

Highly filling, leaves a very sweet taste in the mouth for a long time after, so I cant be sure if its sugar or syrup. Also, was not as crunchy as one expects. So a bit disappointing but its as close as you would get to the real thing in the UK I suppose.
