I had such a lovely time with my family yesterday on mother's day!! It was wonderful to be so well received and have my mum and grandmother feel so welcome and enjoy good food!
Immediately, when we arrived, my family and I were welcomed and received such amazing customer service from Lily and Bogdan on top! They went above and beyond and we also received a free side on the house and a discount as apparently we were on the special table!
My family and me left Nandos feeling so special coupled with full bellies! The meal came on time and was hot, fresh and TASTY!! The service was quick even though they were intensely busy and under a lot of pressure! Evidence of this is the fact that a long queue awaiting to be seated ensued not long after we had sat down to eat.
It's little things like this that remind me why I love Nando's so much. Enfield Town branch you've proved worthy yet again for me and my family for a good and reasonable Sunday lunch! Thank you! X

The nando's here is always busy and it's hard to get a table. But they are time you will get a table and everyone knows what the food is like here. So go ahead and try it out. Service is on point.

The food was good and serve very soon after the order was placed. The service was friendly and very attentive. This branch was clean and buzzing with customers.
Interesting decoration upon entry followed by a short, warm welcome and seated almost instantly. You can order at your table or the usual till service. They do check all is well once you start eating. Good service, and the food was done very well.
I love Nandos. :) Always hot food, Big portions and exceedingly tasty. Price performance is very good. I just think that the indoor seating of the branch in Enfield Town should be improved. It could be more comfortable and well maintained. Other than that everything is perfect. Very good service and taste :) :) :)
Had a great experience here. The manager was very nice and accommodating. Tables were cleared quickly and food came out great. A bit upset that the size of the chicken seems to have decreased. Upstairs dining space is really nice.
Nando’s is definitely one of my favourite affordable restaurants in London because the chicken is so darn good! I hadn’t had it for 3 years so it was a real treat to finally be able to go. I got my usual order of quarter chicken with French fries and coleslaw as the sides. I had sparkling water as well and when the food arrived, I tucked right in. I had it spiced up to medium level and when I added my medium level Nando’s spicy sauce and the garlic sauce on top, it was incredible. The prices have definitely gone up since the last time but it’s still affordable.
Took friends from abroad who were vegetarian and vegan so menu filled the bill. Burgers were delicious if not a bit messy to eat. Chips were cold but they replaced them so that was good. You know what you're getting in Nando's and reasonably priced for what you get. Good customer service.

My husband and I are regulars and each and every time we go, we do enjoy the good food and relaxing atmosphere. The service is excellent even in busy times. Shoutout to the manager GABI, super friendly and always going far and beyond to ensure the best customer experience.

This is my favourite nandos around the Enfield area, always find a table, couple of rude staff but just ignore them, otherwise food always first class

This review is mainly about the waiter we had. The kindest waiter I’ve probably ever had. Attended to us whenever we needed something and made sure we were satisfied with our food. Can’t remember his name but he was working yesterday and wears glasses and was wearing a cap. Super friendly and sweet person!!
We were served by a lovely woman called Anna tonight. She was so helpful and friendly. Thank you Anna!!

I really like this branch. The food is good, as is the service - especially from the manager.
Took my 2 sons for lunch today. It was extremely busy half an hour wait, so left my number and went shopping. I went back after 15 mins as boys were cold, the manager was so bubbly and seated us straight away. Food was lovely! I made a mistake and asked for the desert on the kids menu but my son had already had the drink carton it’s either one or other! I confused the poor lady behind the counter and apologised! Only for the manager to come over and offer both my sons a desert from kids menu each. He absolutely made their day! Nice food and lovely kind staff.
