Customer service was amazing. They called me up to let me know that there steak bakes would be a while cooking and the delivery driver understandably didn’t want to wait so asked me if I wanted to swap for a different option. Whoever I talked to was so lovely on the phone and well mannered. Just to
Staff are nice and friendly. As a franchise though in general. They've become a bit pricey . Almost £2 for most pastries now . Bit overpriced
Staff are happy and friendly, always get greeted with a smile. The food and coffee are lovely as always that why I come back daily 😍
Staff always willing to help, always great choice and good location/ parking
Nathan is the best in there. give him manager 👏
great food and clean shop. staff are friendly and helpful with any problems. was served by Nathan, was very patient while my kids was ordering. we left very happy.
Always the best value in town or country to be more accurate 👍 where else can you get a large latte and breakfast bap for £2.40 on their meal deal. Always fresh, prepared on the premises each day, nothing is ever carried over. A large menu of savouries and sweet deals with specialist coffees and tea
Have used quite regularly as live fairly nearby and work nearby friendly staff don't always have what I want but that's more the time I get there and the fact that what I want maybe more popular must try to get there earlier
Apart from having to stand in the rain, while queuing (not Gregg's fault to be fair), lunch baguettes sausage rolls, steak bakes and especially custard slices, definitely recommended!
Great food, good prices as always, but super-friendly, helpful staff (served by Nadine).
Great food and drinks at sensible prices
Staff always brilliant, polite and efficient, food always good value and very tasty.
