Absolutely excellent! Everything was very authentic on taste, presentation and executed perfectly! This will definitely be our “Go To” Sushi restaurant even from 40mins away. It’s just minutes walk from the spectacular Ely Cathedral too!
Excellent experience. Had been meaning to try this place for a while now and it was truly the best sushi I've had in the UK so far. We had the chicken gyoza, the pork curry and the combo 1 (different types of sushi) and the house sake. It was absolutely delicious. Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely go back in the future.
Having experienced a decline in the general quality of sushi in my normal picks this was an absolute gem of a find. The food was amazing, fresh homemade to order and really well flavoured. The decor was stunning and the service was great.
The crispy mushroom roll was a favourite and we were recommended the cheesecake for dessert which didn’t disappoint. 100% recommend a visit. Can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu.

Delicious sushi - combo 2 for 3 people, salt & pepper squid, veg tempura. Just perfect for a relaxed Sunday afternoon.
Great surprise. The local is small but cozy, with an interesting decoration.
The food was magnificent. The quality of the sashimi was supreme so did the sushi combo plate (sushi and sashimi combo). The texture of the rice was perfect.
For dessert we ordered the macha mille crepe and again, it was a total blow mind.
The takoyaki was good but I preferred when they had a piece of the octopus inside instead of just the cream.
We will come back.
Prices are reasonable for a sushi place and definitely worth it.
Lunch with family on 31st Aug , food was fantastic. Loved the hospitality of Mr Joseph who offered us a suprise plate of mochi on this special ocassion of my wife's birthday and taught my kids some tips of using the chop sticks :) . Memorable fresh and yummy Japanese sushi , definitely recommend this place and will go back again! 😋

Amazing food, brilliant service and they stayed open a little later so we could finish! Such a lovely meal with really polite and funny staff. Catered to our groups intolerances and allergies (which were awkward) and with no fuss.
Food was so beautifully presented you almost didn't want to eat it! Everything we ate was delicious, but I highly recommend trying out their boa buns, 10/10!

Lovely place to eat. Food was really good quality and tasted amazing Relaxed environment with friendly welcoming staff who explained everything about the menu. We didn’t pre book and found no problem in being given a table for two. Thank you George and Veronica, we will be back again soon.
I had amazing sushi which was my first sushi after I came from Japan.The food is so delicious.
Especially Super California,which we had in Combo 1, is my favorite. Natto maki is great as well. Absolutely recommended.

This place is always busy so booking is a must. The food is very good and so was the service. Would definitely recommend to anyone that likes sushi. Didn't realise you can buy to take away too which is what I'll be doing for those chill weekends at home!
Super tasty sushi, probably the best aroundv the whole area, including Cambridge. Small place but cozy, good menu with plenty of options but the sushi really is the star. We ordered a lot and all of them were great. Special mention to the gunkans. Prices is what you expect from great sushi, not the cheapest type of food but also very well worth it.
It is really busy on the weekend so it's recommended to reserve ahead
Absolutely delicious. First time eating here this evening and 100% without a doubt we will be returning. The food is presented perfectly and it tastes incredible. This beats any sushi chain (Yo Sushi/Wasabi/Itsu) by a marathon. I can only compare the quality of this food to Sticks n Sushi. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful, the facilities (toilet) is great too. Cannot believe this is only 6 miles up the road!! Just amazing.

My opinion/experience hasn't changed at all, Sushi and Salad is still absolutely amazing. Anyone who likes Sushi and is curious should hurry up and go before they get a Michelin star or two and the prices triple!

This place is my favourite treat-lunch spot and i come here whenever I can. The decor is beautiful and bright despite being down a little side street, and feels way more spacious now that they've expanded the seating area in place of the larger bar.
The sushi is sublime and I've eaten sushi in numerous places (short of Japan, though!). Service from one particular staff member was really excellent - she was working extremely hard and was somehow attentive despite it being very busy.
Always book ahead because it's super popular, especially for a Saturday though I've seen it full nearly every time I've been and usually go midweek lunchtime.
Really recommend the raspberry and pistachio cheesecake, of all things!
Beautiful little family restaurant, massive menu! The sushis are out of this world, good ramen soups. Many delicious vegan options too.
Amazing sushi, actually the best we have had in the Cambridge area.
We tried several dishes and can't fault any. The service was also grear, attentive and effective.
If you are a sushi lover defenitly recommend.
