Can’t fault Frankie & Bennys! Have dined pre and post Covid and always have an enjoyable visit. Service was smashing on this visit with efficient door greeter and friendly, attentive hostess/server. Excellent safety protocols and distancing in this location; we felt safe. The drinks & cocktails were served quickly and meals came perfectly as ordered. Staff seemed happy and working in unison which was a pleasure to witness. Will dine here again and highly recommend as a relaxing spot for a family meal.

My partner booked a meal with my family last year for my birthday. We had a lovely meal and the staff were wonderful with our young children. After such a great evening we decided to visit again recently when my partners family came to visit. Once again the food was great and the service very friendly :)

Great food and excellent service. Went in late and got a booth for all 4 of us. Food was delicious. Higher standard than I expected for the chain. Service got a bit slow toward the end of the night but I think that was just because the restaurant was closing soon.

I went today for the first time. Received a friendly greeting upon arrival. Food was excellent, I had the chicken and ribs, and the menu has a wide choice. Staff were attentive and friendly throughout, despite the restaurant being almost full. Will definitely visit again.

A decent menu and good tasting food. I have been several times and only ever had unsatisfactory food once (hence the 4 stars). Music is good but the whole restaurant can get very loud when birthday meals are present, although almost everyone now should know the F&B treatment for birthdays (loud birthday song and a cupcake or full cake of your own brought out). If you're not keen on this then visit earlier in the evening/afternoon. Staff are very friendly and helpful and seem to always be happy to help you however they can. Waiting times are generally very good and on a very busy Saturday evening, 15-20mins will be your maximum wait and there is a bar and seats to wait for your table. Overall a nice restaurant with nice food and helpful staff. A bit loud on occasion but a great place to sit down with some friends and have a nice meal together. Make sure to check out the app if you are able for some deals that will definitely impact your bill!

Been there several times with the family. Drinks some times very slow but food very very good, but one question,,,,,why do they serve it on cold plates? Had eggs Benedict, very very good, excellently cooked but on cold plates, WHY ? Cold eggs are not pleasant to eat. Told the server but had the stock answer " I will mention it to the chef" which I doubt happened. If you read this Mr Manager, please get hot plates.

Nice New York atmosphere, good food, excellent service. The desserts were something to behold. They had very good support for gluten free needs, too; there was a separate menu of gluten free options, but they didn't cost more, and we're included in a deal with non-gluten free food.

Very good service in a lovely atmosphere and most importantly excellent food at reasonable prices. Four of us shared the meal deal at £24.99 which gave us a pizza and 3 pasta dishes. Plus drinks and desserts extra.

NB, cineworld unlimited card holders don't get discount from F&B in Ely. The food was very nice and fresh, big portion like Americans do. We ordered double beef ribs which were super tender and juicy. The price is acceptable, but not cheap I'd say. Service was friendly. They give you a 25% discount off food bill card after your first dine.
