Riverside Bar & Kitchen

We're been to Riverside Bar in Ely several times and had a lovely meal and drinks. We come here once a year with the Cambridge Deaf Association for the annual Christmas meal, and it's been excellent, and the staff are always lovely to us. It's pretty spacious, too, with access for all disabilities. It has a great view of the river and is easy to access via bus or train, and I would recommend people to visit if they want to have a quality meal.

Absolutely loved this restaurant I did, as soon as I walked in I was greeted but the lovely guy behind the bars beautiful smile and he continued to smile through my whole visit, he was a genuinely happy soul and it reflected in his work, the place was spotlessly clean and the service 10000% on point, the view from my table out of the sparklingly clean window was stunning, my breakfast and was lovely and hot and fresh, there's not one thing this restaurant or workers could have done own improve a thing it was all spot on, the man who served me is an true jewel in your restaurants crown, I will be back again and again now and il being my daughter with me too she'll Absolutely love it too. Thank you Riverside for making my first visit one il never forget. As a former restaurant worker and front of house waitress for many many years I only wish I had found somewhere as lovely this to work. Xxxxxxxxx

I went here for a little work get together on a nice sunny day. Being able to sit outside (with the option of shade) by the river and relax was so nice. The outside seating area was very dog friendly and they had multiple water dishes out for thirsty pooches. The food was good and fairly standard. It would be nice to have a slightly larger tap menu with a cider, but I was still able to find plenty of tasty drinks. I went with a long island ice tea, a madras, and the goat cheese pizza.
