A well-managed, friendly, warm hotel with pleasant, polite and efficient staff. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped. The evening meals and breakfasts were absolutely superb. Will definitely return.
We had a one night stay in room 5, Split level room with lounge and kitchenette, it was amazing for the price, spotless and very modern. And also the accessible room is upstairs so when the lift doesn't work and the staff on duty do not know how to restart it. Luckily I am not in a wheelchair and with some difficulty did manage
When I went with a group of friends for Sunday lunch I was very underwhelmed.. No beef or lamb options, hardly any veg and hard potatoes which I think were meant to be roasted... I'm not a foodie or a good cook but I could knock up better at home in a very short time!

Lovely pub we popped into on the way to our mini break at Head Fen Country Retreat. We were hoping for lunch but they stop serving food Friday afternoon's?! We had some drinks and crisps instead. Would like to try back for food another time. Friendly service.
We popped in to this publican due to a recommendation from the nearby school for being child friendly.
