I stopped for a much needed coffee this morning on my way home from work. I was served by a lovely lady, who was chatty and overall a credit to Costa. Her conversation, along with coffee, perked me up for my onward drive. Refreshing to be served by someone with a personality.
I made a error when ordering today but the staff that were on where lovely, they never bothered and made me the drinks that I wanted even though it was my fault and they had already started making the wrong ones. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they did it with lovely smiles on their faces, well done Costa for hiring these two cheerful people.

BUT THE PRICES! motorway prices, I get but highway robbery! 2 everyday cups of ordinary coffee should not cost over £6 - ever! I would have been happy enough to have paid £2 per cup which I think is acceptable under the circumstances
Always impressed at how friendly and helpful the staff are here. Not all Costa’s are the same, I usually avoid them because of bad service else where but the staff in this Costa have made me review my opinion. Thank you.
Service was a bit slow when we were there with only 2 staff on a weekend afternoon, but its Costa so quality is good
Costa is Costa all there outlets are similar in layout,prices,variety, all have good access, most have outdoor seating
Great place with lots of eating places under one roof. You can also buy clothes here, and if you are a forager, at the right time of years the bushes and trees give plenty of fruit and berries.
Staff change, attitudes and service remains friendly. Could be more efficient, but then that's Costas. Been coming here for years and will continue to do so for many more.
