We were there for a birthday party. Food was amazing. Meat was tender. Curry was rich in flavour and taste. Service was spectacular and attention to detail - beyond measure. One of the best Indian restaurant in Aberdeen.

We tried the Ambal's for the first time last night and the food was great, freshly cooked very tasty and well presented. The waiters were attentive and service overall was good. The restaurant looked to have been recently decorated. Overall a good meal and great value we will certainly be going back

Excellent service staff very attentive without being intrusive. The meal itself was amazing. My recent visit to Europe included a stop in and around Aberdeen, to my surprise came to know about this restaurant from a mutual friend and made reservations for dinner. I was surprised a lot to taste our authentic south indian dishes over there and all food were both tasty and yummy. Highly recom

Very nice curry, generous portion size, great service, recommend the Lamb shank but don't eat the dried chilli, good for small to medium size group (8), haven't tried a large group. a large area for coats with good visibility from most seats. toilets clean.
Fantastic food and great service. We arrived after ten o'clock to an empty restaurant but they were very accommodating and happy to serve us for as long as we wanted. The dishes were delicious and the presentation was lovely.

This is the place to go in Aberdeen for a truly authentic Indian food. The food we ordered were freshly made and utterly delicious. The staff were friendly and accommodating of our needs. Highly recommended!
