We came to Meze on a Saturday after having to change our plans and quickly book a new venu for a meal out. This meant we had to have a table outside but this was not a problem as the outdoor seating is covered and very much in keeping with the general theme. The service throughout our visit was pleasant and speedy. We had a shared 3 dip starter, and then mains of Moussaka and Chicken Metaxa. All were great tasting and decent portion sizes for the price. We were only staying in Ellesmere for the weekend but thoroughly enjoyed our visit. My one small negative is that the price of non-alcoholic cocktails were a bit shocking at about 80%+ the cost of their standard cocktails.
Came across this Restaurant while on a canal holiday. Recommended by a couple of locals we booked a table and got a table in the outside area. We ordered the Mezze for two and I've got to say, it was excellent. Service was spot on and drinks prices about average. Definitely worth a visit 👍
Over priced given there is absolutely no greek restaurants with 100miles of ellesmere. We had the lamb and chicken Souvlaki at £15 for the chicken and £19 for the lamb and both meals were filling and nice as they should be given the price and meat cutts. Could have addded feta to the salad as a traditional Greek salad should be. Staff were great very fast and attentive. Balaclava at £5 was sweet and not crunch abit soggy.
Food was excellent and very generous portions.
Only criticism I can come up with would be the waitresses seemed very inexperienced but they were friendly and smiled and I'm sure they will get better.
Overall couldn't complain as our party of 5 had a great experience.
My husband and I are Greek foods lovers, we came over with our baby daughter and friends. The foods were delicious. My favourites are grilled halloumi cheese with trio of tzatizki dip and tahini dip, feta cheese dip with gluten free pitta bread. Definitely recommend to my friends.
Managed to visit twice while in the area on holiday. Food was lovely, great atmosphere and cocktails were great! Menu has a delicious selection and caters well for different dietary requirements. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wish this restaurant was local to us, will definitely visit again if in the area.
Lovely Greek food. We were inside (was a bit of a cool evening) but they do have a lovely outside area too.
Popped in for an early evening meal on a Saturday night, and whilst they were booked up inside, we were offered a table in the ‘garden’ which was just delightful! We only had a main course, but it was a generous portion and super delicious. Staff were friendly and service was prompt.

Was going for a takeaway, but these wonderful people allowed our dog in! Off to a flying start, the menu is amazing and great value for the amount of food you receive. We went for the Mezze, which is £21 per person for 9 dishes, prepare for tasty food and full stomachs :) The staff are lovely, the chefs lovely the whole place just transports you to Greece and I wanted to get on the table and dance! We would highly recommend booking a table here, thank you for a much needed romantic meal for two xxx
