Wanted to try five guys burgers for a looong time. Finally did yesterday after realising there's one in Cheshire oaks, and it didn't disappoint. I loved the food, the milkshake was out of this world gorgeous and staff were friendly too. Defiantly going back and defiantly would recommend. It's pricy but worth it. I'll try a small burger next time as I felt like I was gonna burst after eating a double cheese burger with bacon and all the fries u get too �
Absolutely fantastic food and very friendly attentive staff. Good prices, you can't put a price on a good burger! If you order online the fries aren't cooked until you get there meaning your fries are fresh and haven't been sat there for an age. Excellent customer service popped in yesterday to order and there was problems with the computer system. They tried my payment twice but because of the glitch with the computer it meant it crashed. After the second attempt the lovely gentleman who I believe to be the manager gave me our food for free and told me to have a lovely day. To sum up authentic American burgers packed with flavour, small menu and fantastic staff. Would highly recommend to anyone. �����

Yes it is a bit pricey but you definitely get what you pay for; you want cheap go to Maccies! The staff were friendly & helpful & "explained" the sysyem as it was our first vist....fresh, juicy burger & lovely tasty fries, will go again.
first time in here and love the burger the 15 toppings so good and the chocolate milkshake was proper chocolaty too you can have some that don't at all taste but you're one did

It's a 5 guys like another, but it's quickly clean and fresh and ofcourse the burgers are to die for , staff friendly enough . But the until feels a bit like a canteen, functional rather than atmospheric, great for a quick pre movie bite as located next to lots of entertainment venues
This is a typical five guys. The food is always really tasty. It is expensive. If you're going to order chips, just order small chips, as they always throw extra in the bag, and you do get a lot. The burgers are large, so if like me, you have a small appetite, just order the junior burger, believe me, its plenty 😉.
The soda refill is great, with lots of choice of soda 👌

Tasty but too expensive.
The burgers are really good, freshly made and really tasty but the problem I have is paying over the odds for stuff I’m not eating.
The ‘free’ toppings list is endless and obviously not free because already built into the price and adding so many leaves the burger a big soggy mess.
I go for basic lettuce tomato onion and mushrooms and ask for light quantities of each. Light on sauce.
The bun isn’t really robust enough and even with few toppings and light sauce I find it disintegrating half way through eating the burger.
Also the small fries at £3.75 are still way too much for one person, I end up leaving half.
I didn’t buy a drink because again the high price for ‘free’ refills is off putting when I only want a small drink and don’t need bottomless refil.
So while the food is good and the staff are very friendly and pay attention to requests, I really don’t appreciate the concept of paying for stuff I’m not going to consume.
For all the reasons stated I don’t find it solo friendly because the portion is best shared.

I visited the restaurant with my daughters and my friend and having never been there before, I could only go off other people's opinions. I'd heard great things about the food but today my overall experience was simply outstanding. Lewis who served us was incredibly helpful throughout, even suggesting ideas of what to order for my children, when he could see I wasn't sure of what would be best. Whilst orderomg for myself, I didnt know where to start. Lewis didn't rush me and was just so friendly and reassuring and checked that I was happy with what I'd ordered. I was amazed by the amount of variety on the menu for both food and drink. It made it really difficult to choose but being able to order your toppings specifically to your own personal preferences makes it easier to get it exactly how you like it.
When the food arrived it was amazing. Better than I expected and the portion sizes for the chips were insane. I loved the atmosphere in the restaurant as it felt lively with the music but it was so calm at the same time. This has to be down to the staff and how well they were each doing their jobs. It was just a rleaxing and enjoyable experience. As we left, although he was clearly busy, Lewis made an effort to say bye which shows just how genuine he was being throughout.
I will definitely be returning. It is my new favourite place to eat.
Great tasty burgers if you are prepared to pay extra money than normal but it is worth it in my opinion. Service is also very good and welcoming.
There's a young lad who works here - I think his name is Nathan. His customer service was top notch. Made a fuss of my son on his birthday when we came in and made some amazing shakes. Top notch.
First time visit and can honestly say the best burger and fries I have ever tasted, you can taste the freshness, shout out to Ben and his first time on the till order was spot on and he was very friendly 👌 and it was so refreshing to see the manager checking in on the customers such a nice touch, had a great chat it was nice speaking to you Ryan Hendly will definitely be visiting again
Service was amazing. The best fries I've ever had! Disappointed as there isn't a veggie burger just mushrooms and veg sandwich. I havent eaten this as once I realised it wasn't a burger I decided to just have fries. There is no reason to not have a veggie burger these days. Lovely staff at Cheshire oaks five guys

Never not had bad service they always serve you with a smile on their face. It's quick and very friendly service, food is always delicious and piping hot. Their milkshakes are to die for, I go for the reeces partner the peanut butter or vanilla.
It's five guys. It's one of the best burgers you can have. You're always shocked though because it's expensive, especially for fast food saved in paper wrapper. Just put yourself in the mindset of. If it was a bigger than a restaurant it's probably the same price I would pay. never order a large portion of fries the regular is more than enough.
Amazing fast food - had never been before and although it was pricey it was the best meal I've ever eaten at a chain. All covid regulations adhered to and staff were really lovely and friendly, they gave advice on orders as it was our first time and they explained everything thoroughly. We ate in and felt really safe and looked after - will definitely return!
First time at a Five Guys, didn't know what to expect, very basic surroundings, children running riot. Food amazing! Would I go out of my way again to get a 5guys? No, but if I'm passing I would grab a takeaway.
Although its £10 for a 'fastfood' burger it is certainly up there for the best food.. it does get busy during the night but just shows how popular it is. Can choose upto 15 toppings for free on your main.. the milkshakes are hit and miss most of the time it is just plain vanilla with something sprinkled on top, but hey ho atleast they are thick
