Extremely good Tandoori! I wanted something spicy and very hot. I knew from past experience that chicken vindaloo was just that. Goa's vindaloo was spot on and extremely good.
WARNING to those who have low tolerance for hot and spicy.
This Goa Vindaloo is 5 stars for taste and 5 stars for hot! If you like it hot and very tasty -Goa should be high on your list for takeaway.
Ordered a lamb byriani and it was absolutely delicious. Really large portions I had the other half for lunch today and it was just as nice. Had forgotten just how nice their food is. Can highly recommend
Decided to try as a result of previous reviews. Glad I did. The Best curry I have had for a long time. Great quality. Tasty and worth the price. Goa will definitely be first choice in future.
Consistently good, probably the best curry house on Ellesmere Port. My only issue would be that their Pathia is not like anywhere else, it's a bit generic, not a rich tomato and onion tasting of sweet and sour as I'm used to. If it wasn't for that it would be 5 stars. But having said that still the best in the Port.
My first visit here last night.
Had the chicken tikka vindaloo, keema rice, garlic & keema naan, 4 onion bhaji, papadums & pickles.
Hadn't checked prices before going, was amazed to get a good chunk of change from £20.
The food was spot on. Fair enough heat for a vindaloo compared to nearby competitors. Wasnt a runny sauce had a nice thick consistency. Decent amount of chicken full of tikka flavour.
Plenty of meat and good chunks of garlic in the naan, if you love garlic this is one to try. Keema rice was well packed too.
We have tried around 30 different indians within about 20miles. So far this has equalled the best and will be our number one so long as our 2nd visit is as good. Really hoping for consistency because we will be happy to stay with this one.
As I'm sure you have guessed, from this visit we fully recommend that you give Goa a try.
This has been my go to Indian restaurant for years and will continue to be for years to come. Everything is always very tasty and delivered quickly. Can’t go wrong with Goa.

We ordered garlic chilli lamb curry and it was really delicious. But the chicken 65 wasn’t as we expected.
