Travelled up with my girlfriend on the promise of a sausage dinner, she is local and I am not, they don’t have these on our menus down South.
Loved it! Huge great portion of sausage, mushy peas, chips and gravy. I was looking forward to this on our journey up and was not disappointed!
Amazing food, portions and service. Fish and chips as well as Chinese food are 10/10 and service is fast and friendly. Best chipper in town
Did not know what to expect but wanted to find out for a long time. Buy you have to use a card for delivery. I only use cash but WILL be going again
Mini fish supper with fruity curry. It is just enough and very tasty.
Best in Ellesmere Port , fresh food and lovely staff.
Food is lovely apart from the fish I like them well done and I only like haddock which my hubby asked for a while ago and we got home it was cod so in the bin it went other than that it's great.
Love it here. Long standing chippy with staff who have been there for years. Even when busy the chef produces lovely Chinese meals and he does one of the best chicken sweetcorn soup.
The team behind the counter bounce off each other and the customers and make it great
I have never been to Tony's Chip shop before and was treated to fish & chips as really has a high following it seems in the local community. I am not from E/port but was staying there're to poorly relative and w were taking turns sitting with family in care home close by. We decided to go for Tony's
Bit of a queue but that's only because it's such a nice chippy I used to work for a chippy and can tell they change their oil regularly and food is always lovely

One of the better local chippys , little bit of everything available here traditional chipshop , Chinese, burgers , kebabs… good quality food and friendly staff
The good bits: First visit to Tonys last night, very good covid secure arrangements. Tried large fish and chips (crispy and light) plus mushy peas (as they should be), the fish was cod (very tasty and white), cost @£7. Cooked very nicely fresh. You order and pay inside and wait outside for your orde
