First ever Nando's love it. Had butterfly chicken with medium sauce, spicy rice and corn on the cob. Was serviced by Aly :) Great service, can't wait to return and try the hot sauce on the 🍗 Butterfly.

Waited 10 mins for a table, thats fine. However there were at least 4 dirty tables, which i’ve never experienced before in this branch of Nando’s. The place is usually very clean, so i know this isn’t a regular thing. Even thought they seemed understaffed and busy, my friend was served quickly and the food wasn’t a long wait. Still really enjoyed our visit ☺️

Being of the older generation it was so nice to be treated with some excellent customer service. Even though the place was VERY busy, server ALY was wonderful, nothing was too much trouble for her & treated everyone with a big smile & a kind word. Very good chicken. Little more sauce for my liking would have been good. Chips were luke warm but coleslaw and chicken were good. Bottomless drinks available.
The food was the best thing here, though we had to wait for 15 mn for it after ordering on the app. I had to ask the staff too so no initiative there. On top of 20 mn wait for a table. Nothing was offered to the kids for distraction. In addition, The place is small and feels crammed. Furthermore, we couldn't even enjoy the music as it was so low so the atmosphere was just noisy a bit like when you are in a busy train or bus. I have eaten in many Nandos and this one ain't my favourite. Location is convenient if you have been shopping at Cheshire oaks and need a healthy food option that's tasty😋.
The best nandos in all of the entire world in regards to everything, I cannot say enough from the lovely lad with the glasses who always greets with a smile to the delicious saucy chicken always cooked just right and on time I will 100% come again and suggest you do too.
Came for what was supposed to be a romantic dinner with my partner, after a lovely day shopping, only to have it ruined by a very rude, nasty and aggressive family. However, Aiden and his staff bent over backwards to try and make things right for myself and my partner, who had become very distressed. The one star for the atmosphere is no reflection on the restaurant or it's staff, but for this awful family, who ruined everything. Hats off and respect to Aiden and his team....thank you!!
Come in frequently for takeaways and I’m always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. A boy (Callum), goes out of his way whenever I come in to welcome and grabs my food! Such amazing service with a friendly manor which makes the experience a lot better! Food is always great aswell

The food is wonderful and comes out quite quickly. The staff are professional and the whole experience was delightful. Highly recommend the sunset burger.
Went to Cheshire Oaks for a day of shopping. We felt hungry and went to Nando's for a nice lunch. First thing, we had to wait for a table for about 10 minutes. However, that was the only negative thing.
I had some Lemon & Herb chicken wings. Very delicious. Overall, 4 stars. Please fix the waiting problem if possible.
