Food was great, the service was excellent there was a very helpful tall chap( sorry pal forgot your name) but you was very genuinely helpful and knew the food how it was cooked and what was in it, thank you for a great dining experience..cant wait to come back...ian 10/10
Had lunch, nice surroundings and excellent food. We had garlic bread, chicken burger, and steak. Pre-book as they were turning people away. Service was good too considering they were busy.
I popped in out of the rain for some lunch and had a very nice meal. The French onion soup was excellent, and the steak baguette was a credit too. The steak was very tender and hardly needed any chewing. My only criticism, though personal, is the onion chutney, should have been served warm. But that
I have to say I went to Café Rouge for a work Christmas meal, thought the choice was a little odd as I've only ever had coffee from here before, and I was very surprised with how good the food was. I would definitely recommend and go back here, the staff that served us were friendly, and drink order
They offer you fresh products and varieties of option in food. You can get various products at an affordable price. The place is also clean and tidy. The staff are also friendly and attentive. Although it's a small store they have everything that you need for making food. It's a nice place to shop.
Anazing food and very friendly service. Its a place to go if your hungry or just a snack. The decor is lovely too and very stylish. The staff are amazing and nothing us too much trouble they tell you from the start if something is not available on the menu too. You can have anything from burgers to
Good French food. I had the duck with cherry sauce and the café Gourmand. Very nice, service isn't fast but they cook food to order. Staff are helpful and the toilets are clean with nice toiletries. Great for foodies, maybe not the best place if you need to refuel fast and get back to the barga
Horrendously slow service despite only having 6 covers in the whole restaurant. Cafe rouge is one of my favourite little treats but today it was so slow.
Go here frequently for breakfast. On the whole happy with quality (hence regular customer). Today attended to find menu has changed removing the full breakfast option, so you can only order a Grand Breakfast. Sorry but fail to see the point in that decision. Yes you get more ...but it costs more. Ha
Nice place for breakfast 🍳, definitely not too expensive and good selection of vegetarian stuff 👌. Service fast and friendly with a good atmosphere overall. Just the portions could be bigger 🤔
We enjoyed our lunch today one salmon dish which was plentiful and one bouillabaisse mixed fish soup absolutely delicious with fresh french stick and butter quirky interior served by a very attentive Heather thank you very much for a lovely experience
Lovely lunch at Cafe Rouge. Used taste card so makes it brilliant value. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Food was lovely.
Lovely place to eat, I go for breakfast the poached eggs are delicious. I'm normally served by Annie who is friendly and helpful and I can get a discount using my blue light card between Sunday and Thursday.
Had afternoon tea. Food was excellent. Lovely surroundings. Very pleasent staff
Lovely breakfast this morning, I was craving pancakes and was not disappointed! I haven’t been to a cafe rouge before but I would recommend.. our waitress was lovely, very attentive and friendly, food was great and it was quiet and socially distanced
